Review 1：The room was not exactly spaceous and the ventilation somewhat poor. No wifi in the lobby (it was ok in the room though).

Review 2：Great location for those who arrive by train as the hotel is half way in between the station and the centre. Very clean, has everything you need.

Review 5：It is absurd to charge the parking place for the guests of the hotel in their own garage. It seems logic if we leave the car in the public garage but in the hotel for me it is not right.

Review 9：We were disappointed with lack of parking space. We were given an alternative but it was a good 10min walk from the hotel. If you forget something from the car, you probably won't get it later. It was pretty important as our car was full of stuff and souvenirs from our trip. Another thing was a dirty carpet. Not only in the room but also in the corridors.

Review 10：We stayed here for one night on our way back home. It was quiet and comfortable, with a good wifi. Exactly what we expected. It takes a 15min walk to get to the historical centre which was a nice bonus.

Review 11：The staff were very helpful and patient. When I arrived, my luggage was missing due to series of connected flights, the staff allowed me called airport to track my luggage and when it finally came, they have delivered to my room while I was attending the conference for which I visited Graz. Their breakfast was very nice and quite affordable.

Review 12：The hotel is on the messe area, so the surrounding is not very nice. The old town can be reached by taxi on 8 euros, or by tram until the pedestrian area. Breakfast was expensive so we did not take it.

Review 13：Practical solution for one overnight. Gomfortable room. I had mess up the arrival date, and at the beginning they told it cannot be changed. Not in a most friendly way. I tried to contact the Finnish Genius customer service by phone but they just asked me to wait as all lines were occupaid, and immediately after that they put me out of the line. Twice. Then another lady came to the reception, called to Booking.com and the issue was solved. She was very friendly as were the other reception personnel also rest of our stay. In the room was coffeemaker, which was good for us as we took our room without breakfast. Good private parking for 12€ per day.

Review 15：traffic is quite convenint and the tram is outside the hotel. receptionist is quite warmhearted and responsible. They always come to help immediately. The room is big ,clean and quiet.

Review 16：There was some minor difficulties with car parking. The hotel has its own but was full when we arrived. We had to parked in a multi storey some 400 metres away. No restaurant facilities for anything other than brerakfast.

Review 17：The hotel was in a great location in Graz. The staff were very helpful indeed and directed us to some good restaurants that offered local and international cuisine. The rooms were clean, tidy and the hotel was nice and quiet considering its location on a busy road junction.

Review 24：1. Price was advertised as a deal, 2 nights, double-room for 140 Euro. In reality, I paid ca. 60 Euros more. The receptionist was not able to explain why. Can you ecxplain me why? 2. We had 1 breakfast (2 people) on 26/4/2015 . The hotel charged 2 breakfasts on 25/4 and 26/4 (On 25/4 we arrived at 11:00, so we did not have any). My mistake that I did not check bill very well. I was leaving very early (at 4:am) and did not check the bill thouroughly. I paid and left to the airport. Only at home I discovered the breakfast "surprise" in the bill". Hotel should return me the money for the breakfast at least. 3. Restaurant service is mising. What is served is poor choice, and pizza (and not even good).

Review 36：The location of the hotel on a busy intersection, requires the window to be closed but results in the room becoming uncomfortably warm - either way you lose. The room is small and this is accentuated by the decision to furnish the room with dark wood fittings and the use of a dark red carpet. The bathroom was severely marred by three burn/heat marks on the plastic/wood surrounds to the sink unit. All three were significant, unsightly and had clearly been there for some time. This is a significant staff and managerial oversight - cleanliness and good room presentation are some of the major factors upon which guests assess their opinion of a hotel.

But for the new year's eve the parking garage of the hotel was full, so we had to park our car in the 400m parking garage away from the hotel. The backyard of the hotel is very small so imagine 10 cars ariving to the hotel at the same time, what a mess it was.

Review 105：Although we messed up the booking at booking.com the hotel staff managed to sort out everything very patiently and always smiling, so that we had our rooms during the whole stay. We always felt welcome and some wishes, especially new network keys were fulfilled before even asking. Great job! The breakfast was great and one could enjoy sitting in the Lobby in the evening. Connection to the city centre was rather good, it is close enough to walk but one can also use public transport. Messe and Stadthalle directly on the other side make it a great place to stay when you have business there, especially if you need web access. The rooms are tidy and comfortable.
