Review 1：No attempt at soundproofing a first-floor room next to what turned out to be a surprisingly noisy little back street. There was so much noise from wave after wave of people shouting and screaming in the street until morning - at which point the noise from the street cleaning started up - that it was literally impossible to sleep, even though we were exhausted. Never had that problem anywhere, even where others complain about noise. The hotel failed in its most basic function, which was providing somewhere where people can sleep.

Review 3：It's expensive to park nearby, the hotel doesn't offer any discount. There was no lift to our floor but didn't really bother us.

Review 9：The city was extremely busy due to the fedtival but that is not an excuse for lack of service. The hotel should have known they would be busy and had more staff on hand to handle busy café and hotel. I had to wait 15 mintues just to talk to someone about checking in and I was never given information about the hotel such as WiFi, check in & out, availability of breakfast, and so on.

Review 12：Staff clean the room every day. New towels and pillow slips each day. Bed modern and comfortable. Small fridge in the room GREAT stayed an extra week.

Review 14：Our rooms were sizable, cleaned daily, the staff were very friendly and it was a complete bargain. The location was also perfect being right opposite the marina with the Old Town immediately behind. I can only imagine the 1* is due to the limited dining facilities but when you are on holiday in somewhere like Baiona you are spoiled for choice in that department anyway! USE THIS HOTEL!! (PS if this seems a bit too enthusiastic, for the record our next Hotel was the 5* Mirador in Ibiza Town so we understand Hotels!)

Review 24：The hotel is situated in a very central location, close to all tapas bars and restaurants. Some rooms face the fortress and the marina which is really nice. And it is an excellent value for money.

I understand it was off season and more employees were not needed, but it seemed alot to put on the bar/ restaurant employees. Although they handled all requests well.
