Review 1：Due to its position in a shopping mall, they should provide detailed information on how to reach the reception from the parking area, on the booking confirmation.

Review 2：The room comfortable and clean.

Review 3：One of the reasons why I booked this hotel is because it said it had a shuttle to the airport but that was not the case, we had to get a taxi. When we booked we asked for non-smoking. The first room was smoking, the second room was dirty and had pink stuff in the toilet. Apparently there's some construction going on in our room had wires coming off the ceiling as well. On the third try we finally got an acceptable room but the front desk man said that if we want to clean room we should get a four-star hotel not a three-star hotel. I believe a clean hotel is what is right no matter how many stars you have.

Review 5：Refurbishment work was being carried out. No mention while booking. Entrance hard to find. Awkward beds. Asked for double bed but made up of 2 single beds.

Review 7：We had areservation for a quad room with 2 young children ,when we arrived to the hotel they mixed our reservation so we got a room for 2 people only, the hotel was overbooking, and it took a long time to find a solution for us

Review 9：Entrance to hotel difficult to find from car park. More precise indications on confirmation would help. Furthermore, there is building work going on and it was quite a palava going up and down lifts to reach the reception area. No idea why kitchen is there in the triple room, as no equipment provided, not mmeven a kettle. Room very hot and one portable air con unit for such a large room wasn't enough.

Review 20：The room where I stayed was incredibly hot and there is no air conditioning but small fan with big noisy and vibration. I think it would be broken soon. There are nothing at home even no cup or tea spoon instead, there is a Swiss army knife( Macgyver knife) so you can use it for all. Hotel was under construction so it's not easy from reception to my room but it's not an issue.

Review 21：The location was good and easy to get to Basel by tram 8. The sunset near hotel also was stunning and nice to walk alongside the river or cross the Rhein. There is big shopping center connected to the hotel so everything is easy to get. I love, especially , the big supermarket inside the shoppingcenter because all foods are really fresh and delicious. The supermarket is better than any others I have been in Europe Room was very spacious. Wifi worked well Breakfast was good. Only one staff from was friendly even he didn't instruct me how to get to the Vitra museum though.

Review 26：Hotel is one part of big commercial center and at first a little bit hard to find right door and reception. It also means lot of cars and hordes of peoples but when you find right door to the hotel everything will be ok.

When you want visit Basel you have free parking in Rhein Center parkinghouse and you can take tram nr. 8 in front of hotel to the Basel citycenter. Very comfortable.

The outside door was not locked, so I had some concers regarding the security. The room we got given was a smoking room, and had an unpleasan odour. Overall, for the price we paid, I think the quality of the hotel in the current state was poor.

We had given our credit card data as a guarantee through Booking.com, so we didn't understand why they did so. Talking to the receptionist, we understood that the manager wanted to re-sell our room ! We just don't get the point in doing so, but to avoid customers to come back in this hotel. The walls in the room were filthy and the carpet was quite smelly, we had to sleep with open windows. It was very hot in the room (not outside, though); I wouldn't stay in this hotel on a hot summer night.

Review 52：The beds were very comfortable and there was no noise at all in the room. There was a small kitchen (but no plates, spoon, knife or fork, though). The breakfast was a real value for money (5€/person). It was worth a 4* and they didn't have us pay for the 6-years old child.

Review 53：It is very difficult to find this hotel. You have to enter a shoppingmall, park your car on one of the floors then go back to the groundfloor to look for the entrance to the hotel. You then have to take aninternal lift to the reception on the 6th floor.The photograph on websites is very misleading. On the righthand side the photo is of the shopping mall and on the lefthand side is a Chinese restaurant in the park adjacent to the mall. This an approximate representation of the location of the hotel but not at all what it looks like. Our room was a long walk from the reception area and there was scaffolding outside our window on which men were working in the morning. There is a kitchen area in the room/apartment but not a single utensil so a bit of a waste of space really.

Review 57：Finding your way up the elevators is an adventure. Be sure to park on the ground floor and walk over to the elevator bank near the entrance of the parking garage. From there follow the signs to the hotel which you have to take the elevator to get to.

We rang the bell. No one came. 3 minutes later, we rang the bell again. The attendant came out, finishing her breakfast and yelling because we rang the bell twice. Review 131：Layout of the hotel is a bit of a maze. It's on the top floors of a shopping centre complex. Lobby is upstairs, not on the way out. Multi-storey parking is at the back; you have to go down, across, and up another elevator. Some of the hotel doors are exit-only, so you have to walk to the main entrance. It all takes a while to get used to, and is a bit annoying if you have luggage to move.

Review 132：Excellent breakfast buffet, well worth 5 EUR. Bustling shopping centre downstairs, including a Marktkauf hypermarket that sells everything. Short walk from Basel (< 2 km to tram stop) with all its attractions. Short walk to France (sleepy bedroom community just across the bridge). Short drive to Basel EuroAirport (10 minutes).
