Review 1：Very helpful receptionists. Everything in the room worked, except that the plug in the washbasin did not hold water. A light bulb was replaced immediately. Good food & service for dinner in El Punto secure parking

Review 15：We are big group travelled with huge 9-seated van. The parking in open area are convenient for us. The breakfast is really good. There are wide variety to choose. The quality is good too. I recommend this hotel for people who will go to Zaragoza or valencia in the next day.

Review 16：Location and the staff, no shuttle service to the airport from the hotelitself, if the third party shuttle bus is full, it cost $30 euro taxi toget to the hotel, there is no other less economy for the transportation.It is better off to stay in Madrid, I chose this Hotel only through itwas close to the airport based on some reviews.

Review 20：They tryed to charge us extra for the breakfast, even though it was included in the prearranged price with booking. To our unpleasant surprise the airport shuttle should have been booked the day before, which was not mentioned anywhere, thus we had to pay for rather expensive taxi.

Review 25：The hotel is located a little in the middle of nowhere. Although it is close to Airport , unless you use the Airport shuffle of rent a car, it is quite expensive to reach it, same related to city center. We stayed for a night after a friend´s wedding, and when we reached the hotel at 5:50 am the room key didnt work, we had to wait for almost 45 min until they got the door open : it was out of batteries. We entered to a room that was freezing (aircon kept going for the whole night) and there were no blankets on our room.

Review 28：Decent wifi. AC. Hot water. Attached restaurant is convenient (Burger King is also next door.) I left too early for breakfast. This place is perfect if you have a morning flight. Gas station next building over if you need to fill up the rental car.

Review 43：Excellent Restaurant next door which is owned by the hotel. Pizza and pastas looked good, but I went for daily menu - choice of 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts, plus a drink for €15. I had scrambled eggs with prawns and asparagus, hake with clams and champagne sauce, and a a red fruit cheescake. All of excellent quality and amazing value. Also next door is a coffee shop, and there is a Burger King 50 yards away if that is what you fancy. Reception staff very helpful. New rooms with very large comfortable bed.

Review 45：Good location (Metro station around 400 mt Marqués de la Valdavia). Nice modern design, with a clean fresh appearance in all hotel ares. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of continental buffet at breakfast (cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, eggs, breads, pastries etc.) serving up until 1100 am weekdays and 1130 at weekends. Free parking :). Overall great conditions for a good price, I will definitely stay there again.

Review 46：Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Back to the airport we have used the hotel transfer bus. It is priced very good. We have shocked when we heard the price. the restaurant of the hotel is also very nice.

Review 58：Language barrier was an issue.Trying to order a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport with reception staff was disastrous.Booked the shuttle bus the previous night with reception to take me to airport on the following morning.The incoming reception staff new nothing about it.So trying to organise a shuttle bus for that morning was abit of a nightmare.The attitude of the guy at reception I felt was very poor.He seemed to be very irritated and annoyed which as a customer I felt to be very unprofessional.

Review 59：The hotel restaurant's chef's special sounded very inviting but was not well balanced & disappointing. This was a stark contrast to the cafetería, which was excellent for coffee & breakfast.

Review 61：After entering the parking area, without any sign where to park (2 different dirty garages without any sign to go up to the hotel). After testing all doors, corridors with messy material from the hotel and low light with scary atmosphere, finally I reached a door to the hotel that was also closed. So of course I had to take out the car, and park outside on the rain. It really shows the dark side of this hotel. Not recommended.

Review 74：We were not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, the room was modern and comfortable and as we had our bikes on the car the parking was fully secured so we could sleep without worrying. The receptionist spoke brilliant english, was friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much effort. There was also plenty of place to eat right on the doorstep which was open until late. A great relief having driven so many hours to have everything on your doorstep. Would recommend this to anyone travelling through, visiting Madrid or needing a place to sleep not too far away from the airport. Best place we stayed through our whole tour of Spain.
