Review 4：the size of the apartment was huge and had everything you would want. the location was superb in the centre of town.it had parking and the staff were fantastic. breakfast was the best we have had and it even had home baked cakes. the quietness of the rear courtyard was good and sitting on the balcony in the late evening sun with a drink was restfull.the town was wonderfull in fact you could not fault anything 10 out of 10

Review 9：Very comfortable room with a large kitchen, sitting area and two comfortable rooms. Lovely setting right on the main street in town, but with a gorgeous view of the castle. Very gracious hosts in a town that is not used to having American tourists. The breakfast was incredible as well.

Review 24：in order of importance: Comfortable and large beds. Very clean and well maintained. Everything functional - no problems with the plumbing or anything else. Large shower with adequate warm water supply. Large rooms, kitchen, living. Adequate lighting (to read in bed). Room with castle view - and a balcony to enjoy it from. Quiet surroundings - we slept with all windows open and the only thing you ever hear are the birds, despite being in the centre of town overlooking the main shopping street (which is pedestrian area). By noon the town is bustling with activity but until 9 am there are precious little people about. You get assistance from the owner in person who sets high store by good evaluations and therefore makes sure everything gets done to obtain them. Use of bicycles is included in room price, and you get lots of sound advice on what you could do and where you could go, tailored to your wishes. Breakfast has everything you'd expect when it's included in the room price. Simply ask if you can't find what you're after. With any luck you'll be able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace allthough places are limited. We were lucky each of the four days we stayed. Parking is at the hotel, ground floor, in the courtyard. Bit of a squeeze at times but room enough for everyone. Drive in the back, walk out the front into the pedestrian area in the centre of town. Which you'll love. The woods are just a short walk away, and for hikers this is paradise.

Review 25：Old town/city centre of wernigerode is a bit tricky by car because of one-way streets and dead ends.
