Review 1：Staff are unfriendly & it's a very long walk with suitcases to rooms & you have to change lifts. Don't leave your room & then realise you've forgotten something !

Review 14：We hit the hotel at the end of season. The amount of staff was minimal to say the least. Had to carry our bags to the 1st floor (no elevator). Had to go find help at the front desk for the bar - actually went into the back area looking for someone. After 20 minutes of waiting went to the front desk. Server finally appeared about 5 minutes later.

Review 18：requested two rooms next to each other and upper floor, initially was assigned rooms not next to each other on ground floor, evntually received rooms next to each other but the rooms as well as the furniture were very old. Very old blanketts that must be replaced.

I didn't realise the breakfast option had been removed and so ended up paying 70 euros for a continental breakfast for four one morning. It was my mistake but thought price a bit steep. Just be aware of this if you make ammendments.

Review 36：Attentiveness of staff; the pool attendant was particularly helpful and polite. The high standard of furnishings, no white plastic chairs on the balcony for example.

Review 37：No suites so baby had to sleep in cot in our room. Room service not available until 8pm, no good if you want to feed young children. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms dated and shabby. Hot water must be run for 15mins to achieve warm shower if pre-10am! Ordered room service, they didn't ask our rooom number so assumed like most 4 star hotels it showed on telephone. No breakfast arrived. When we called they said we hadn't given our room number! Gave up and ate out. Baby pool filthy, full of dirt, leaves and garden debris.

Review 42：Location, staff and cleanliness of everywhere. As a mature couple we liked the fact that at the time of our stay no children were staying so the swimming pool area was a quiet oasis!

Review 43：The shower in the room was ridiculous with water flooding right into the bedroom which I discovered to my cost slipping on the floor. Reception staff didn't offer any apologies or even inquire if I was ok. The lack of tea/coffee making facilities is inconvenient and we weren't prepared to spend 16 euros each for continental breakfast. The pool was also closed the whole week.

Review 53：When you enter, the income looks very big! No cozyness! The breakfast is 16 EURO p.p. Therefore, no waterheater in the room for a cup of tea!!! The restaurant had 2 expensive choices of dinner arrangements... The one lady was on a fast track...the other looked like she was going to ask us to park our car. We were not impressed. The food itself was delicious though. We missed the charm and attention. Everywhere cameras. Almost driven over by a 4 wheel drive car, actually 2, with blinded windows, suddenly appeared, high speed from the forbidden to enter inside garage...??? Special guests?!? Where are there manners. It felt like rich against richer!

Review 54：No problem finding the parador, as signs are everywhere. The whole building looked appealing. The room was for standard level very nice. The receptionist spoke 3 languages.

Review 55：As it was xmas there was no festive atmosphere. And no entertainment at all , not even a pianist. Having driven there in September we were told there would be entertainment. Consequently we cut short our stay as the hotel had no festive cheer. Mojacar itself was like a ghost town.

Review 62：Only stayed for one night, but what a lovely Parador this is. Lounge, Pools, Gardens and rooms were all excellent. We didn't have a meal or breakfast here, as a tad expensive. We went to a little café just down the road, where you had a full cooked breakfast for 5 euro. Would definitely recommend this Parador if you are in the Mojacar area.
