Review 1：very hard to find where to book in, it is in a little clothes shop under the apartments, need better signs. no staff at all, just saw cleaners.

Review 3：I'd recommend to add a couple of sunbeds on the terrace, then it would be perfect! Beds was a bit hard, but OK for a few days.

Review 4：Best location in the charming, quiet village Es Canar. Very clean, good free WiFi. Spacious apartment, nothing fancy but it has got everything you need, and a fantastic view from our big terrace. On partly rainy days it was nice to sit on the terrace and watch the stormy clouds.

Review 5：Beds a bit uncomfortable. Lack of self catering facilities meant we ate out a lot. A mini oven would have been nice (pizza at home), just a microwave and hob and not much crockery/cooking utensils (we bought a frying pan). Shower was tricky to use for tall people.

Good value for money. 10% discount on the restaurant downstairs and could also be used for drinks and ice creams (which were already reasonably priced).

Review 13：The pictures of this residence are realistic for you choose the photos posted do not reflect absolutely what was promised. I chose an apartment on the second or third floor with sea view (from the photos posted on the site) on arrival I found myself on the first floor directly on the restaurant with a small terrace with a partial sea view! - There is no availability of air conditioning and sleeping with the windows open (the 1st floor !!). - Staff at the front desk (the same that handles sales in the shop next to the entrance of the residence) is only there to get paid the balance (30% is automatically collected on the day of your reservation. There shows before the apartment and can not give any response to the fetching of your questions. - No acknowledgment receipt for the stay. Only the receipt of the credit card.

Review 19：No ac (not really a problem for us) stayed there quite a few times soleave all windows open to create a breeze. But can see it would be aproblem for some as ac is pretty much standard in most hotels.Minor, but have written reviews on here before about the mirror facilities. I know to you men out there probably not an issue but please a full length mirror when us ladies holiday we want to see our brown legs in our pretty dresses it's what we save and work hard for all year. So come on guys full length mirrors instead of having to look at our reflection in the patio door

Review 21：All great only issue was no Aircon which we knew about but you could hire and Aircon unit for 100 euros a Week which I think is very steep jndeed when a neighbouring property was 2 euros a day . It get soo hot at night and the fan just circulated the warm air . Right on beach And the bus stops are right outside the apartment for neighbouring towns and only 4 euros each to go to airport every hour

Review 25：Value for money, close to the beach. We had a couple of minor things which were dealt with straight away no fuss and we were made to feel like valued customers by the staff. The room is very warm in August, but you can hire a fan or Air con unit at an extra cost.

Review 26：No air con so windows have to be kept open although music is lowered at midnight this doesn't stop all other noise! Whether it's on the beach or if you are facing bus terminal and taxi rank there is noise all night long! We were there in August and many of my family slept on balconies because of the heat!

Review 28：Have stayed here twice before. When rebooking requested lower floor room as no lift to third floor, this request was ignored. The room had a nasty "rotten egg" smell every time we returned. We also had 2 nights of not getting sleep due to noise from locals on beach in middle of night, then between 3-5 am a tractor drives along beach clearing seaweed. Will not be rebooking again for next year. We have holidayed in Es Cana each year for 10 years.

Review 30：I didn't like the shower curtain, water kept leaking on the floor no matter how careful i was, no big deal, there was a mop. But still. Get some Weber grills for the balconies/terraces.

Review 31：I liked the ; location ; size of the apartment; The restaurant was pretty good. The pool area was nice and comfy. On the beach is always a bonus. Staff were kind and friendly. i was allowed to leave my bags and collect later due to evening flight. that's always a relieve and massive convenience. the terrace /balcony was massive!

Review 32：Air conditioning unit only available when other guests left. Should have more units available for all rooms. Couldn't get wi-fi in all areas of apartment. Front restaurant disappointing, others a lot better.

Review 36：We had a tired looking room with a view of the bus station and taxi rank . Room was 30 degrees so we paid for air con which had a tube for ventilation that needed the patio doors to be left open whilst it was in use . Result was temperature only came down to 27 degrees which was far too hot to stay in the room at any time ! Impossible to sleep etc Room needed updating decor wise and definitely needs proper air con to be installed !

Review 38：Best location in Es Cana, on the beach, swimmingpool, friendly staff. In 10 mins you're in Santa Eulalia by car, 10 walk to Hippy Market and a perfect place to explore the island from there. No need to rent a car if you are planning to stay around Es Cana, busstop in front of accommodation. However a rent a car is recommended if you want to go to the different beaches around the island. Many restaurants and bars in less than 100 meters walk (!!!). Music stops after midnight so for families with young kids very nice. Bars/restaurants still open after midnight, just not as crowded and loud as Playa den Bossa / Sant Antonio. Perfect for families and kids till 15 years and beautiful for couples who are in need for some entertainment.. For youngsters >16 might not be the perfect fit, however travelling to Ibiza city is just a 30 min drive away by car. North part also 30 mins away, beautiful beach at Portinatx. If you want to go the more popular beaches it's just 30 mins to Playa Den Bossa....

Review 39：For the price of the apartment we were paying the down fall was the air conditioning was an extra €100! The rooms were extremely uncomfortable to be in and the fan we purchased for the week never done much either

When Bingo and other music was over...Lot of noise from street during night time. Also, the kitchen tools were quite poor...eg no cutting knifes Shower pouring water all around the bathroom and horrible bed

Review 52：The location of the apartments was on the beach at the resort centre, so convenient for the day at the beach and for the evening out in the restaurants and bars. The price was fairly low, although we realised from the location that the room, for the price, was likely to be backing on to the square and get the afternoon sun. Air conditioning was essential and it was provided free of charge.

Review 53：Can be noisey people letting the front door slam behind them which you can hear if your on second rear floor. And there's no lift so carrying backs up to the third floor is a pain.

Review 66：I emailed the apartments to say i would be arriving at 3 am in the morning. I had confirmation email two days before I travelled to say this was not a problem... Guess what? The man walking around with a torch did not have any keys for me..

Review 85：The area is generally quite noisy at night time so sleeping can prove a little difficult. The restaurants in the surrounding area offer a very limited selection of food which after a few nights can become rather boring.

Review 86：Great location on the beach and just a ten minute walk from Cala Nova and five minutes from the hippy market. Restaurant and cafe under the hotel offer a good enough selection at fair prices. We had a full size fridge freezer so were able to stock up on all of the essentials.

Air con was €100 for a week & after paying €880 for the 6 nights felt this was a bit much especially as we are used to air con as standard when we travel in Asia . The pool was quite murky most of the time we doubted it was cleaned properly or the chemical levels tested, as pool owners ourselves we know what a clean pool should look like.

Review 90：Stayed on the top floor. The wife had a knee problem so lots of stairs and no lift. Could have had two beers before she arrived. The wifi wasn't working when we were there which caused me problems as I run my business by my computer. But the main thing was no air conditioning just a fan in the rooms. So if warm it was blowing warm air around. Not too bad in June but could be in July and August.

Review 91：Excellent apartment with good facilities. Had a very big balcony overlooking the sea. The complex has a nice private pool and is virtually on the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Not the cheapest place to eat or drink but not overly expensive either.
