Review 1：No tea making facility. Nightly entertaining was awful. Dominated by a large french party and was obviously designed around them. Only complaints.

Review 11：This was our second visit , previously visited June 2015 and stayed in a room on the 5th floor , we were so impressed we booked to bring our teenagers in October. We had rooms on the 1st floor which were basic but clean, however they weren't very sound proof and we are disturbed many times by other guests. There was also a Country and Western line dancing convention , which took over the hotel for the whole week and commenced at 9am outside the Pool area and then went on until 130 am in the Marquee at the front of the hotel ( close to our room!) Very disappointed this wasn't relayed to us before our stay as we would have stayed elsewhere. won't stay again for this reason.

Review 15：I didn't like the location of it, it was so isolated from the rest of Barcelona. For the entire time of our stay our bedsheets and towels were not changed. Every little thing cost extra like a iron a extra towels, indoor pool and gym and even water.it's €15 per person for lunch or dinner so you better off getting all exclusive. I like the fact that all meals are served as a buffet style but the can really improve on the taste of the food it may look good but not taste as good.the fact that I have to buy water after paying €15 is just annoying, the tap water are salt water so it's impossible to drink it. My advice if you are going to stay here for more than 4 nights you will need more than €500 to enjoy your holiday otherwise you will be too busy calculating every penny.

Review 21：The staff are always happy to serve you, the food is very good and the variety plus change in menus everyday is great ! The animation team is wonderful and they really care about the kids. The shows are always different and interesting. The SPA is great !

Review 24：Dining. The restaurant was generaly full, with a queue. The buffet food was fine, some good and some ran out too quickly. Getting a drink was a bit of a struggle at the table. But as long as you viewed the restaurant as somewhwere to eat rather than somewhere special to eat it was fine.

Review 25：The view from my balcony and the room too. The hotel was fine for me and my 12 year old son. Santa Susanna wasnt the best of resorts but it was ok with a busy promenade in the evening, easy to access beach and plenty of little shops and stalls to look through.

Review 26：Only downside was a slug in the lettuce which my son nearly ate , and it was slithering across the table when he spat it out, they did apologise and I asked them to make sure salad was washed .

Access to the underground car park is very tight and steep - I grounded the bottom of my car when exiting.

Review 57：The hotel facilities were great, the room and the hotel space in general was excellent, the meal (breakfast only) selection was also excellent, we ventured to Barcelona for a day trip on train which was easy (around 80 mins), be aware if you do this the ticket office on the station was only working for credit card payment and the main ticket office across the road was the same, they deal in cash but give yourself more time because there was a large que. We walked most nights up to Malgrat (15 mins slow walk) for a bit more liveliness, overall a very good hotel, excellent facilities nice resort.

Review 58：Only thing that I found not up to standard was housekeeping for our room. As for the meals if you stay for a few days the menu should very maybe have different dinner thymes eg Italian,Portuguese,American or British food. Just for a change ...

With this number the hotel should be closed to general public. The food was appalling, cheapest quality we have ever known and not hot.

Review 94：I didn't like the staff. They were very unprofessional. Ther was many hidden cost. For example: 1) swimming pool. I have to pay for that to get in. Besides they sell swimming hats, so you have to buy it to enter the pool. 2) in the restaurant they sell water. 3) in the website it wasn't told that I have to pay for parking. When I got there, I realized that I have to pay for that too. 4) staying there for a week I thought that I was in Russian, as staff and tourist mainly were russians. 5) wi fi. That say that there is free wi fi, but it was not working, so when you ask them to handle the issue they offer you payable wi fi. They try to sell everything that is possible in the hotel.

Review 95：Hotels has great kitchen with various dishes, it also has great swimming pool, good place for children to play. It is 200 meter far from the sea.

Review 98：When they say no free internet, they mean NO free internet, be ready to pay additionally for internet, gym and they dont make picnics if you leave earlier or later. Rather crowdy in august. Smoking is allowed.

Review 99：The location is nice and close to the beach and railway, but the city is AWFULL. If you are hesitating and can afford another place, choose Tossa. Saint Susanna only consists of several hotels and a supermarket. The hotel is cosy, the food is good. Its clean and people are friendly.

Review 100：We were required to pay right at our arrival and at the front desk there was a lady "Tatiana" who was very unrespectfull and didn't known the EU countries. So if you're from EU and do not have a passport you can't make the check-in :( The room was dirty and so was the bathroom, lot of noise in the hotel, apparently a Disco at the ground level so can't sleep almost at all!!!
