Review 1：The bathroom was smell bad all 4 night that we stayed at the hotel. The beds are awful! We couldn't sleep good at all and when we woke up our back was hurt.

Review 3：In conclusion, it was a terrible stay in this hotel which made all our days there unpleasant, I would never return again and would recommend to others not to stay there. We have been travel a lot but this is a first place in a world where we were charged additionally for the really small sandwiches (15 euro) the children made themselves to eat in a car and not in the breakfast room, which was the part of their breakfast that included in the price of the room. Our room was for the non-smoking people but right after the door of the room the owner made an arrangement for the smoking corner – so you can imagine how smoking was the room – just terrible. The really small packets of shampoo (like 5 ml) we served once which is nothing – made us unable to shower and nothing for girls with long hair. – There wasn't a shop to buy a shampoo; after all it was a weekend all shops were closed. The free parking was far away from the hotel – very inconvenient when you travel with luggage. In addition, when we arrived it had been rain so we all including the luggage were wet. The internet works poorly, for one device only. We are 4 people with each own smartphone or tablet for the children – which couldn't work. The breakfast was very poor. The staff that serves us (in the reception then as waiters) was probably the owners by themselves. The couple owners were so tired, worried and unpleasant.

Review 5：We stayed here with another family for a weekend of skiing at Wagrain. It is about 25 minutes from the slopes but it is in a pretty town and is a very nice gasthaus. The rooms were spacious, they located our room and our friends' very near one another, the breakfasts were perfect to ready us for an energetic ski day, and the restaurant was very good. Very happy with our stay.
