Review 12：Suitable location for my requirements. Leaving and returning each day was never a problem. I only wanted B&B, leaving me free to dine elsewhere with friends.

Review 13：Our fridge was not working properly, but we did not report it as we only stayed one night so it was not important. Bathroom very clean but dated.

Review 14：The staff are so friendly and the location great. We had a sea view room with a lovely furnished balcony. The hotel is above a supermarket so handy for picking up items and a fridge is provided in the room. There is air conditioning and basic toiletries are provided. Room was bright and airy good storage.

Review 15：The only complaint falls under general maintenance. There were bulbs not working in our room. The door squeaked very loudly (not fair to other guests at night) as did most doors! Towels were thin and poor quality.

Review 17：I have stayed here before and intend to visit again. The staff are friendly and helpful with a fund of local information. The hotel is in the middle of Mojacar Playa and thus is central for everything. There is a bus stop outside so no need to use the car if you do not wish to. The swimming pool is clean and private, and the beach is on the other side of the road, with cafe's and restaurants close by.

Review 18：This hotel is so tired, it is in a coma.Hotel set over a supermarket and overlooks the supermarket car park.Desperately in need of up-dating. Rooms small and depressing decorated in garish colours. No tea/coffee facilities.Pool side area scruffy and totally unappealing.Breakfast toast or pastries (and little else)served in a pokey area off reception. Can't understand the overall review score !! Didn't stay !!!

Review 20：Hotel is located with a Dia supermarket below and car park 'out front' No real inconvenience but price charged by hotel therefore not justified. Pool very small. Shower spillage due abbreviated wall separation. Water supply brackish(salty)

Review 29：attitude of the management when we complained about the building work with workmen on our terrace painting the boards right outside our room 123 blocking the view and when we complained at 12.40am when drilling was still ongoing in the shop the manager just shrugged his shoulders we then found our the managers from the store were staying at the hotel and they had 7 rooms so he wasn't going to rock the boat with us complaining

Review 30：Not a 'bad' experience, but disappointment at the limited television programmes available. The manager rescued the situation by offering the use of his laptop computer to watch a game of football!

Review 70：Room smelled of stale cigarettes, air conditioner sounded like a train and was not very effective. Uncomfortable nights sleep. Wifi didn't work in the room had to sit in the lobby area. Generally the room needed maintenance.

Review 74：The Mojacar Playa is a little gem. It is spotlessly clean, has a friendly and obliging staff, provides an excellent breakfast and is a place where you can relax. It's within easy walking distance to the Parque Commercial too, which is an added bonus. Most of the guests, like me, are regulars. That tells you all you need to know!

Review 79：Very little. The flies around the pool were annoying, but that was not the fault of the hotel as, again, the pool and garden were well managed and very clean.

Review 80：This represented all that is best in a family-run hotel. The staff were friendly, cheerful and very helpful and the proprietor remembered our names when we came down to breakfast. The sea views from our balconies were stunning and the rooms and en suites were immaculately clean. The air conditioning worked well and the fridges in the rooms were, again, remarkably clean. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Review 83：The brown water every time I ran a bath, the swimming pool looked uninviting as the sides were painted in a dull brown colour below the water line which made it look dirty - which it wasn't. The walls weren't very sound proof and I could hear the neighbours often!
