Review 1：1. Uninterested/unfriendly staff already from check in 2. Repairs were not made, no one showed up even calling reception thrice. 3. Bed was uncomfortable, made my back hurt. 4. Room was very basic and old (no toiletteries). More hostel than 4 stars. 5. The hotel was crowded with children and not a good place to hang out with friends. 6. Apparently the hotel staff spoke 8 languages all except English.

Review 2：The distance to the beach was reasonable.

Review 3：Segregation of all guests made you feel like second class citizens if you did not have the top package that was not even offered. Meal times were not very good, restaurant a little like a canteen.stated that you could not go to dinner in swimsuits etc which is quite correct but allowed Russians and othe Eastern european guest to do exactly this. Also if you were not on their top package you were not allowed to eat on the terrace outside you were forced to eat in the canteen, which was totally unacceptable.

Review 4：Large clean hotel not too expensive, nice pool and plenty of sun beds.

Review 5：We did not like the two tier tariff (two & four star) where areas both eating and comfort were out of bounds. We were not made aware of this at the time of booking! Smoking was taking place in eating areas - this should not be allowed in 2014 The entertainment was poor with snakes, parrots and ageing disc jockeys belonging to the 1990's

Review 6：We thought all the staff were excellent with the hotel entertainment staff enthusiastic while perhaps lacking funds. The food was very good with plenty of choice

Review 7：Beds were not that strong. felt as if it could collapse if too much weight put on it. Evening meals (except Spanish Night) were very average, Entertainment was variable. The DJ that played the night club night on the Thursday night was attrocious just playing the music and no interactivity with the people. Thankfully one of the entertainers got people up dancing otherwise it would have been a disaster.

Review 8：Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Room was comfortable with Good Air Conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great Location not far from the central part of Santa Susannah and the beach. Loved swimming in the large pool.

Review 11：Buffet style meals were fair to poor and had a school lunch feel. There was a limited window for dinner and if you arrive at the end you may not find much food, clean plates or any staff willing to assist you. Table service at meals (for drinks) or at the bar in the evenings was often slow or non-existent. Rooms had a dormatory feel with very basic beds and bedding, soap dispensors in the shower and cheap furnishings.

Review 32：a lot of elderly guests, long waiting time to get into the dinning facilities, check-out time too early (10.00 A.M.) also there was a problem with our booking - they didn't seem to have a record of it but they provided us with a room and facilities exactly as those we had booked - we just had to wait a bit more - got there at 12.00, checked in at 14.00

Review 34：They just need more people that could speak English as we had a hardtime communicating with staff who did not understand English which wasannoying, but luckily the other travellers at the hotel knew Spanish andEnglish in which they helped us out!!

Review 35：The resturant staff were amazing!! My friend and I are Muslims and wecan't eat meat unless its halal or have any alcohol so the staffhelped us out in every way possible by showing us around in which wecould and couldn't eat. They gave us a room in which we would beable to relax without our scarves on when the sun is out so that we canalso feel the sun and get a tan. They gave us activities in which wecould do and gave us easy directions into where to go as we were twoyoung girls wanting to have fun in a quite area. The room wascomfortable and they provided us with new towels every day and bottledwater in the fridge. They were very helpful and always smiled. Reallyrecommend this place and I will be going again soon!! Loved the nightactivities in the hotel and everyone is so friendly! Love it!!
