Review 1：Excellent location close to all amenities. Staff were very helpful and when we arrived we were given a choice of rear or front bedroom, with or without a vacancy. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of foods.

Review 16：The efficiency & friendlyness of the owner. A very experienced proprietor who prides himself on doing almost everything himself. Secure free parking behind or below the hotel. Very motor bike friendly as the owner himself has a 1300 Pan European. The breakfast was plentiful although the fresh fruit could do with being sorted. A 2 minute walk down a side street brings you out right on the river. We ate at the Transato down by the boat park, witha beautiful view over the goings on , on the river. We will definitely stay there again. Fresh towels every day and a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. We'll done Monsieur . I will post the room safe key to you immediately! Sorry about that !

Review 32：Everything! The hotel was the best we have stayed in at Benodet. The owner was very accomodating and the room was excellent with great attention to detail. Location was great and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach and port. We will go back in September with some friends.

Review 33：Our balcony was over-looking a large building site which is a big shame because otherwise the view would have been lovely. Its not likely to ve completed anytime soon! The balcony door would not lock so we didnt feel very secure in leaving anything in our room but we didnt have much choice.

Review 34：Nice big room, large bathroom and great big tv! It had a balcony but that cost 10 euros extra. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Review 35：Everything else...paid for. double room but the flat screen was larger than our bed, walls were burned around reading lights, towels had holes in them, no shower gel.. we booked this hotel because all others were full (due to late booking) and our dates were not flexible - but we will not go back

Review 37：The hotel is situated in an "ancien maison" and has no lift. Lugging your luggage to the second floor was a bit of a struggle. Alt hough in fairness to the hotel they would have taken it up for us if we had asked.

Review 39：Everything. It was a really good location midway between the beach and port and the town centre. The rooms were large and the bed was really good providing for an excellent nights sleep.

Review 40：Really good location, minutes from the front of Benodet. Room really well equipped for two star. Excellent continental breakfast including cornflakes, crepes and boiled eggs served until 12.00 noon! Free private parking.

Review 41：There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. We did have to make up the chair bed ourselves for our daughter on arrival and that seemed to be the expected practice, but was fine. One point to consider is that there are no lifts, but there are only three floors.

Review 42：Our room was spacious with an excellent bathroom and a lovely view across the river (room 116). They have thought of everything. There is a retractable washing line in the shower, and electric shutters on the window. There is also a mini bar with nothing in it so we were able to keep things cool that we bought at the suprmarket.The continental breakfast was fantastic and there were teapots so you could make a good cup of tea. The proprietor was extremely helpful and was bilingual. Would definitely stay again.

Review 43：They talk about a huge nice garden view from the hotel room. But actually it is only the parking .... rooms are very old fashioned, that was also not clear on the pictures on the internet. breakfast was not a good standard. frozen croissants,... the room door was not really tight. during night you could see the light from the corridor...

Review 48：It did get rather hot on the top floor (30 degree temp) but no doubt the owner would have lent you a fan. Watch out for the trailing vacuum cables when the cleaning ladies are busy!

Review 49：The manager was very friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for you - an excellent host. Handy location, 5 minutes' walk to the beach and Vedettes de l'Odet (pier where the boat cruises start). Large choice of food for breakfast (8am - noon!), quiet location, good restaurants a 5 minute walk down the road ... I could go on.

Review 50：The parking area is not sufficient and the loose chippings surface aredifficult to manouvre on. The hotel does not have a bar or lounge area.Outside there is only one table on small patio area. We travelfrequently through France and Spain and I thought that at a cost of 95euros per night the hotel offerred moderate value for money. We did nottake breakfast.

Review 51：On arrival we were shown our room as booked 'on the internet'. It wassmall with a small bed and only just adequate for a 7 night stay. Wewere also shown a larger room which we could have for 20euros per nightmore! ! We took the larger room which was very good with excellentbathroom facilities. It did not have a balcony. It would havebenefitted from a more comfortable chair or two in the room.Cleanliness of the room was excellent. The lady on reception wasextremely friendly and helpful.

Review 54：stayed at the hotel ker vennaik on the night of 31st May 2012. The hotel was spotlessly clean, my room 102 on the first floor was very comfortable, spotless, with an excellent bathroom. If there is a downside to my stay it was the continental breakfast which at 9 euros was very average. I would stay at the hotel again but would eat breakfast elsewhere.
