Review 1：The half board evening/lunch menu was very limited and usually in small portions and frankly poor. Especially when there were non resident people eating obviously better food!! Also feel the hotel needs to let people know that the pool is subject to severe shadow and the beach charges 15 euros per day for sunbeds/parasols. Also no tea/coffee making or fridge in room.

Review 3：A small very friendly hotel with genuine, attentive staff. Facilities were fairly basic but well thought out and comfortable. The food was not 'gastronomic' but was very good overall. A beautiful location and the upgrade to a seaview was well worth paying for. A very relaxing low-key hotel which provided a comfortable base for a break away in the sun. This hotel wasn't pretending to be something it isn't, which suited us very well.

Review 4：An efficient unobtrusive staff go out of their way to be of help...eg supplying a room kettle for early morning tea making. A large room with a walkin shower that was specially requested. Right on the immaculate beach with ducks to entertain you. The large buffet breakfast can last you the day?

Review 9：Best part of the stay is the staff. Whether it is arranging excursions or helping you find the best restaurants on the island, they will do whatever to help you. For example, While we were there hotel staff called us a taxi. When the taxi didn't show, the staff member drove us into town himself so we would not miss our dinner plans.

Review 16：The beds were not the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the mattresses and pillows were a little hard. The rooms, although huge and tidy, could probably have been a little cleaner. But these were only minor points, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 17：The hotel couldn't be in a better location. Right next to the a secluded beach which is completely covered with free wifi. I was staying with a friend and we were upgraded into a huge room with a bedroom each and a huge balcony where I could do yoga every morning. The staff were very friendly, and happily attended to our every request. We were very impressed with this hotel.

I explained that we had paid for sea view with furnished terrace ..... We got the furnished terrace with a beach view rather than sea view!

Review 45：I was only on the island for 2 full days, so I had to drive around a lot to see everything. It may have been easier to get a more central location. But then the accommodations may not have been as nice.

Review 46：The manager, Gabriel, was especially caring and helpful. Since I was traveling alone, he worried when my flight was delayed, and checked on me during the day via sms. He even helped me find gar to return my rental car, and coordinated with the airport rental company. The hotel is convenient to a beach and several restaurants, and an easy bus ride to Ciutadella. Breakfast buffet was very generous.

Review 77：Nothing major. When we walked in the room, it smelled a bit like a nursing home, and then I realized it's because they disinfect the toilet. A bit of airing out by opening the balcony door cleared this up in no time. Also, the hot tub (jacuzzi?) would not really heat up...I blame this mostly on the fact that we were there toward the end of the low season and some of the maintenance and touchups were still being done.

Review 78：Location, Location, Location! This hotel's location directly ON the beach was fantastic! Also, the nearby restaurants we tried (Sa Nacra and Bahia) were great...Sa Nacra is about a 3-5 minute walk and Bahia is literally next door to the hotel. Both had great food, and Bahia had especially great service. Also, the lack of people in the area made it so nice and quiet. There were probably no more than 20 people on the beach on the Saturday we were there (we stayed May 4-6), even though the weather was beautiful. There are several bus stops nearby as well to take you into Ciutadella, whic his very nice. The rooms were really clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I read another review that said the bed was uncomfortable, and it wasn't luxury bedding or anything, but it wasn't that bad. Also, the breakfast was simple but good with selection of fruit, cheese and deli meats, several different breads for toasting, toppings for the toast like jam and nutella, and pastries. The dining room was beautiful with everything in white. All in all a very very nice stay. We'll definitely book this hotel next time we go to Menorca.
