Review 3：Check in time. It is until 9pm. I called to hotel and fortunately I could check in at 9:30. Staff at night can't speak English well but is very kind.

Review 21：This hotel is located in the center but it was possible to find parking nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite big and the bed comfortable. The highlight for me was the breakfast - they offered a very wide selection.

My "single" room was comfortable quiet and would have served fine as a double. The location is only a few minutes walk from the main line and narrow gauge stations in one direction and the town centre in the other.

Fresh flowers and fruit in your room. Very friendly helpful staff. The breakfast room is lovely and the choice of food has to be the best I have ever seen in Germany. 4 star quality. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Review 36：The toiletries in our room were not replenished and we had to ask for more as we stayed 9 nights this was frustrating. The biggest problem was that staff were allowed to smoke in reception,we were on the 8th floor so the cigarette/ pipe smell did not often reach our floor but as soon as you stepped out of the lift tobaco odours hit you.
