Review 1：Had some difficulty finding hotel but this was due to road system being one way.

Review 3：we arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready, the "bar" had no real food not even peanuts or chips, the airport shuttle did not start running until 7:30 am too late for our flight, the international TV had no English stations and the WiFi did not work in our room.

Review 4：The only negative was some noise from outside the hotel during the night - usually from the refuse collection lorry emptying bins. Having spoken to friends staying at much more expensive hotels in Alcobendas (sometimes 3 times the price!) they experienced the same...so perhaps bring a pair of earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep!

Review 5：Deborah at Reception spoke perfect English, was so friendly and made us very welcome. She also helped hugely with taxi bookings and directions. I don't know why Hostal Abra is called a "Hostal" as it's just like a hotel. Everywhere was extemely clean and our rooms were cleaned and tidied daily. Hostal Abra is about 4 minutes' walk from a fantastic restaurant called Restaurante Damasco serving home-cooked Syrian/Lebanese cuisine. The Hostal's location makes getting into Madrid easy.

Review 6：The distance.. It was 1 hour ride from sol... That was the only downside of it...
