Review 1：Looked straight onto another building. Slightly noisy at night. Building tired and in need of refurb unlike the photos. Wifi weak.
Review 2：The staff were lovely. The shower pressure was good. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Clean. Very reasonable bar and restaurant downstairs. Very central.
Review 3：The apartment was only cleaned once in 10 days and we had to request it. Due to the tiles the property was very noisy. Lots of drunk people coming up from the bar downstairs, could hear people in next room. Would be really bad in the busy summer months.

Review 5：Our apartment was outstanding with 2 bedrooms for us and the children. Our outside Balcony had seaview side. We stayed a week but would have loved to stayed longer so we booked right away for next year same accommodation for 2 weeks, same apartment. Downstairs is a bar/restaurant named Roy's bar and Angèlica and Vincent are very nice and gave us excellent service.They gave us tips were to go and see places.the beverages and meals in Roxy's is heavenly, breakfast, lunch and dinner and very good musiic(60,70,80,90 music) .We felt like we were home and didn't want to leave. Samantha, the housemaid is very friendly and does very good cleaning the apartment/ fresh towels and so on..We enjoyed our staying big time and I recommend them tho every one thats is looking for a good location.Thank you Angèlica and Vincent for making our holiday a dream holiday and never the less our flight was changed from the afternoon to the morning, we also say goodbye and thank people for the outstanding warm and loving care from you both. A big hug from us and see you next year.

Review 17：There was nothing that I wasn't happy with buy if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on a the high floor and take ear plugs as you are above a bar. If you have mobility issues there is no lift.

Review 23：Es Canar is not the best place, quite touristy, but if you're in possession of a car its easy to get away to beautiful spots. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. Noisy.

Review 25：1 balcony light working but hanging off, the other one smashed. Smoke alarm taped up?? Balcony messy with paint splatters all over. Feel bit bad mentioning it here because if we complained I am sure the hotel would have dealt with the lights. We were the first guests of the season and it didn't bother us really. Review 26：2 bedroom apartment very spacious and comfortable. The balcony is huge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was great straight onto the bay. We arrived 31 March. Even though the wind was chilly it was well worth going. A lot of restaurants are still closed but there is plenty to go around if you don't mind eating in the same place a few times. Did not use the cooker but everything you need is in the kitchen. Sun on balcony till midday then sun in nice wind free pool area at the back of the hotel. Hotel has a nice bar that seems to be quite popular with the locals or Spanish day trippers.
Review 27：2 single creaky beds, comfortable but would have preferred a double, and the bedroom wardrobe smelt damp, but there were plenty of other places to put clothes.
Review 28：I liked the size of the apartment, and the team of Angelica & Vicente who were very helpful with advice where to go, Susanna who kept the bar running with any music you wanted. and not forgetting the lovely Samanta who kept asking "is every thing OK with your room? is there anything you need? every time she saw us. on the whole, a very pleasant place to stay

Very noisy at night due to location of loud english bars all around. Sheets not changed whole week, and only one towel change, and one clean.Very limited kitchen utensils, and very small pool and sunbathing area

Review 69：-one of the reasons of choosing this place was location and wifi. Unfortunately for the entire stay we did not have wifi service and every other hotel we went to had this service. -having comfort is very important and for more than half our stay we did not have hot water due to the owners water pump having to be replaced -2 of the rooms had water leaks from the toilet that took over 24 hours to fix Suggestion: If you are not ready to open your business then you shouldn't take request online like most hotels in the area who didn't open due to maintenece still being accomplished We were not compensated with anything at all, and this is very disappointing as our group consisted of 11 unhappy customers
Review 70：Very poor facilities. The water pressure was horrible and there was no hot water the first two days. Also, our toilet was backed up for two days. Our entire stay (5 days) there was no wifi which was suppose to be included in our stay. Poor customer service....I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 84：The metal framed beds were so squeeky we took the matresses off and slept on the floor, everytime I turned over it woke me up. We never got up early enough to ever reserve any sunbeds around the tiny pool, but they were good quality sunbeds, not the cheap plastic kind. I would stay again if the beds were different. Also very basic kitchenette, but then I was never going to cook a banquet there.

The pool area was always clean and tidy with enough sun beds for all guests. The main staff spoke English and were accommodating regarding our 2am arrival!

The owners of the apartment are very friendly andhelpful. The 2-bed room apartment was very big and has a hugebalcony/terrace and a great view.
