Review 1：Pillows, bed sheets and towels were given at an extra cost not included in the room rate. There was no difference in the room rate for children aged 3
Review 2：We loved being on a farm rather than very close to a town, but be aware it meant a 15-20 minute drive to a town for shopping or dining.
Review 3：Beautiful peaceful location. We were given a free upgrade to larger accommodation, due to other guests' needs. The island is really lovely, and only 90 minutes drive from Copenhagen. A great destination for little kids.
Review 4：as far as price goes it was expensive for what you actually ended up getting. basically what you pay for is the room. you have to either bring the bed sheets or pay to rent them. you have to bring your own soap for the shower. They ask you to clean the room and take out the trash before you leave and you have to pay for breakfast separately. the breakfast was good though, but for the price we paid it should have been included. basically it was too expensive. if I have to rent the sheets, bring my own soap, clean the room AND pay for breakfast the stay shouldn't be so pricey.
Review 5：the house was absolutely beautiful. So cozy and unique. i felt like i was staying with family.
Review 6：- The nice pictures in the hotel description show to a large degree the mansion (and rooms) of the owner (not accessible to guests), not the facility where the guests stay - I arrived earlier than the stated time frame from 14:00 - 17:00. Big mistake. The owner repreatedly pointed out that I was too early and that this was not "how it should be". - When I started to ask a question about the safety of the Mons Klint cliffs, I was interrupted in the middle of the sentence and referred to a brochure I was handed over a minute beforehand. - Maybe it was just a bad moment, but this did not make me feel very welcome
Review 7：- I got a free upgrade to a higher category because the room I reserved was blocked - Rooms and facility were clean and tidy - The area is very quiet - Mons Klint cliff is a 15 minute drive away by car - Breakfast was great. You will get a basket with fresh food, which you can take along while exploring the area. You can also take a thermos bottle from the kitchen with fresh tea or coffee and have something hot to drink while exploring. Great service!
Review 8：The Proprietor greeted is in an unfriendly way because I made a mistake in my booking but instead of saying "oh don't you worry we'll sort it out" (clearly this wasn't a problem and the place wasn't full by any means) she was kind of angry so it wasn't a great start. I was almost a bit afraid of this cold woman and I think she needs to change job because this is not suited for her since she don't like to talk to custumors. I also think it's kind of strange to charge extra for bed linen and breakfast at place named Bed and Breakfast.
Review 9：The garden and and the surroundings were beautiful
Review 10：The owner was very cold when we arrived, she directly without saying hardly anyting else said we had to pay, without any warm welcome. Furthermore the sheets and towels were charged without us knowing it. She was very distant and it was kind of scary to approach her to ask something as she seemed angry each time we were in her presence... I don't think its appropiate being a countryside house to have this type of welcome to the guests.

Review 12：Lovely quiet rural location. Comfortable room and bed. Really liked the breakfast in a basket. Lots of fresh bread and homemade elderflower cordial! I can really recommend a stay at Tiendegaarden.
Review 13：We were not greeted in a friendly manner. The owner seemed only to be interested in a payment upfront, which to our horror was a lot more than the booking price - the small print tells you that bed linen and towels are not included but it doesn't tell you how much:-( We were also rudely interrupted by the owner whilst having breakfast on our departure day. We couldn't wait to leave!
Review 14：The location was very peaceful and only a short drive from the famous white cliffs.
Review 15：The welcome was very cold and we felt that we couldn't ask for more. We couldn't enjoy the place after we left the room at 10:30 am, and it was a huge farm. It is a called a bed and breakfast, but without bed (you have to bring your own towels and sheets) and we had to do the dishes after we ate the breakfast.
Review 16：The situation and the environment were perfect. The farm and the game area were lovely. The breakfast really good. Very nice place to stay for a week-end or even more.

Review 20：this place is far too expensive for what you actually get, but that is a common issue in Denmark. Watch out for the final price, because although it is called a Bed and Breakfast, you will pay extras for the bed sheets and the breakfast. And that is frankly a bit of a joke.
Review 21：This place is lovely and has the perfect position to travel accross the whole island, including the cliffs. The main house is stunning and the area around it, with its wide spaces, is perfect especially for children. Breakfast was very good and we picked it up each morning from the house staff, nicely packed in a basket. We had a double room with a private bathroom and tea kitchen, and everything was sufficiently clean and confortable. We were provided with all infos at the arrival, including brochures of the area and directions for things to see.

Review 24：The restaurant is very bad regarding the price we paid. The food was so salty that we cannot recognize what we were eating. The chief made as a simulation to change the meal but he has served exactly the same food. Very bad dishonest attitude.

Review 26：Beautiful classically decorated house with history. Really beautiful garden with lovely surroundings. Tranquility and peace for pure relaxation and contemplation. Good community facilities and delicious sun loungers in the garden for relaxing or when you want to enjoy a beautiful starry night. I've been on Moen many times, but the first time I live in this beautiful place. It will certainly not be the last time, and I highly recommend Tiendegården.
Review 27：Booking.com did not show the added 75kr per person breakfast charge. Not a bed and breakfast. Check out at 9:30 vs 10:30 as advertised. You fetch your breakfast basket and return for next day. Dishes, linen, and trash removal are similar to hostel expectations. 100 kr for minimal towels (1 bath towel for a couple) and sheet. There is no where on registration to request linens and reflect the price. Added charge of 500 kr total.

Review 29：We chose this place though it was off the beaten path and a distance from the cliffs because the price seemed reasonable. Though inconvenient, it could have been nice. However, every single thing is extra - bedding, a towel, breakfast, any activity, bikes, and even a sink in the room. Though we were staying several nights and we told the proprietor at the beginning that we would be leaving 1 day early she would not give us our money back for the last day nor would she even let us use bikes for 1 day in partial exchange. The room locks are old fashioned keys, a man got disoriented during the night and walked into our room - we screamed. The housekeeper with the proprietor's permission took our food from a fridge that she had told us to put the food in. When we complained, she "sort of" replaced it. The facility is well taken care of and though inconvenient it could have been great but all of the hidden charges are just obnoxious.

Review 45：B&B: "B" for nice beds but you pay extra for bedding. Second "B" for breakfast, but this was also charged kr.75 extra per person. Served in a basket to be prepared in the shared kitchen (by yourselv). More like a hostel than B&B. Far from nearest shop/village. No TV (Tour de France!).

The B&B is well situated on the island, and is a lovely farmhouse with lots of open space. Expect peace and quiet from the wonderful outdoors.

She got us the linens which we puton the bed ourselves. No maid service during stay. Check out proceduresrequire you to strip sheets, dump garbages, bag linens, and clean upkitchen dishes. This isn't like a pampering type of bed andbreakfast - more of a no nonsense place.
