Review 1：The property was not the one we booked , not even in the harbor area but on the playa side. the agent told us the 2 bed apt was allocated by booking .com. not by them. This was obviously a lie as there was only my husband & I. Why would we need 2 Bedrooms? after phoning Booking .com, they then contacted the agent at El Sirrocco, who then change her story and said the apt we should have been in had major problems!!! in addition to that I told booking .com we had not had clean towels or sheets. amazingly the next day a very smart young woman arrived with clean towels albeit with bleach stains all over them {no sheets}, who was without doubt, the agent as I reconised her voice..She dropped off the towels and never introduced herself but just wanted to see who had complained.There was no hairdryer in the apt as stated but the agent said we had to go to the office {which was where we thought we had booked} to collect it and pay 50 euro;s deposit.I think this was so she could keep the cash to cover he 50 Euro cleaning charge on leaving..If anyone else has had a problem with this agent please complain so booking ,com will do something about her.

Review 4：I liked where it was and it was large. There was a washing machine which was good. D really liked the large balcony though the rep said we had sun all day it didn't really matter but in fact it was only there from 1400

Review 7：No sun on the terrace made it difficult to dry wet towels. The sheets were small and of thin quality, and it loosened once we moved. The staff was very nice
