Review 1：It was horrible dirty!!! I could not believe it when I walked into the room! The bathroom was so terrible even the man from maintenance who came to fix the telephone that did not work could not believe it and left the room to ask somebody to come right away to clean... The door from the closet was broken and in 10 minutes I had the maid, the mantence people in the room to see the mess the room was !!! This is no 4 stars hotel under no circumstances!!!! I was two days before in a 4 stars hotel 20 min away from there and it was cheaper, had class, clean, elegant! It does not fit the price category at all!!!! Breakfast was cheap and a simple cafeteria! I was horribly disappointed!!!!
Review 2：Reasonable in room internet connectivity but we had to deal with occasional failures. No designated parking spots for guests.

Review 4：The furnishings etc a little bit dated, I am not quite sure it rates 4 star but more 3 star. This is not really a problem for me as the price was right. My only real gripe was a black mould stain in corner near the aircon. Very unappealing and possible health issue.
Review 5：Location right next to the beach, I was here out of season so probably better in the summer, pools and park for kiddies. The apartments were decent.
Review 6：We got room on the ground floor - terrible, there was no privacy at all. You can't cover windows with the curtains. There was no coffee set in our room. We found hair in the bedroom on the floor.

Review 8：We were traveling for a conference which was at the convention center next door. We are so glad that we went to this place rather than the conference hotel as it was large, spacious, and much more comfortable for young children. The community areas were also lovely. Very kid friendly!

Review 11：Very, very difficult to find the hotel even with the sat nav. for those who plan to visit better check with the hotel for exact instructions what to type on the sat nav. to get there especially night time where the streets are empty. Very little explanation from the reception desk how to get to the car park (underground one) located on the other side of the hotel.
Review 12：Location - FANTASTIC La Barossa Beach right at the back of the hotel (short walk through the back gate), the hotel complex nicely maintained, lots of flowers, greenery, lovely pool,- really nice, place to stay and relax. Apartment clean and tidy- good value for money

Review 17：The towels was not white, they were cleaned but looked dirty, becausesome areas looked dirty. So they definitely need to buy new towels. Weused our towels so it was not a problem. The rooms could be renewed alittle bit, as it felt like they are used very often for very very longtime. But all was working great and all was clean except towels. I wouldreturn back there again.

Review 19：Some of the kitchen tools were a bit old and we prefered to use the ones we came with from home. Also, the location is quite far (as walking distance) from restaurants and shopping areas.
