Review 1：The wash basin and toilet are very closely placed. So bathroom area feels a little cramped. They need to look at the positioning of these.

Review 2：A property developed very nicely. All the park facilities are available for residents at no extra cost. Kids can enjoy most of the games available in the park. Very helpful and warm staff including the owner. Kitchen is fully equipped. Decent space for parking. No wardrobe or cupboard. WiFi is available in the room.
