Review 1：The pool is located to side of hotel so is in the shade all day long you have to go on the beach wether you like it or not. Older gentleman at the bar inside is rude miserable and could do with a lesson in customer service!
Review 2：The hotel is convienitely near the beach and across the road from many shops and restaurants. Food is ok but cold I had to warm mine up in the microwave every night. To summarise what everyone else has stated this hotel is at best a 2/3 star stay at the hotel next door it looked amazing!
Review 3：Hotel was in need of updating. It was clean but basic and showing its age. The food was also very basic. Lunch was quite good but breakfast and dinner could definitely be improved. All inclusive drinks were also poor and the card system used for this service made life more difficult.

Review 7：The room cleaning could be better, and one should to ask for soap. Food is Ok, but not too tasty, and every day almost the same. Another thing is. Why the animation group doing Mini Disco at 21.00? Children should have to go to bed 21.00. And the same time, it's boring for the adults. Honestly, one may think of better, professional animation group.

Review 9：The hotel has direct access to the beach and is located quite close to the railway station from where you can take the train to Barcelona or to the airport. We stayed under basis of full-board, including all meals. I can tell that I am a very picky with food, but I was not disappointed with meals. There was enough variety of salads, some traditional snacks and decent choice of meat. Next to this we ordered some great quality wines for a very good price. The team in the restaurant was very friendly and assisting. I would certainly go back to this hotel!
Review 10：The choise of food is rather poor campering with other 4 stars hotels in that reagion. However, there were some fish dish every day. But those who expect more seafood will be dissapointed- we spent here two weeks but haven't saw any shrimps.
Review 11：Location excellent- on the beach, near the railway station, near the promenade with bars where you can dance and have a good time.
Review 12：1 thing to remember if you go to this area, and like swimming in the sea, is that it dips quite sharply, and the sand is a bit shingly. It can be noisy at night with music from bars across the road and other hotels, but the music stops at midnight, so this wasn't a problem. Other than this there is nothing not to like about the area. Santa Susanna is 1st class.
Review 13：We went to this hotel the same time as last year, in September, and it was as good as we remembered. Reception, bar staff, restaurant waiters/waitresses, cleaners were all friendly and very helpful and as I am learning Spanish their help was invaluable. Everything about the hotel is very good, the food, drinks, location, I can't fault it. Can't wait to go again.
Review 14：The hotel needs restoration. Don't pay for all inclusive - the foodisn't worth it - and there are lots of extras you'll be asked topay for. Wi-Fi cost Euro 20/week. Safety box Euro 28/week At thebeach you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas (Euro 3/each).

Review 26：On the beach lots of scavengers ruin the experience by asking you if you want a massage every thirty seconds. As A-I travellers you are treated somewhat as second class citizens, made to wait while cash customers are served.
Review 27：The setting is superb, all inclusive food and drink was in plentiful supply and there was lots to choose from, even then some people complain. The setting of. The hotel is top notch right on the beach, our room was right by a little tiny swimming pool, excellent for that morning dip.
