Review 1：The car parking was a walk up a steep hill to the rear. The entertainment was really for the children and in Spanish in my view totally unfitting for a tourist hotel where the audience is in the main other nationalities. Cold plates for hot meals.

Review 2：The room was comfortable with surprisingly full toilet facilities in the bathroom. However if one wishes to have a quiet room insist on one away from the pool area as events continue through a loud speaker for most of the day.

Review 5：Entertainment was all geared up to children and even after half ten when it was supposed to be adult it was more for the children. Could do with some good live tribute bands and maybe a bit dancing.

Review 9：There was lots of litter left lying about in the main pool and bar area. All parking in the grounds was occupied with no sign to indicate this this. It was then difficult vacating the car park to find alternative parking.

Review 11：Thought we would have a siesta and go out a bit later in the evening. Kids entertainment woke us at 5.30 pm. and went on until midnight. Bit too loud for us. View of the sea, but only just.

Review 18：the down side was we were told (by the reception staff) the hotel in winter only cater for the Spanish, therefore any other nationality were not included in the hotels activities. We will never go back to such an unwelcoming place.

Review 22：We went all inclusive and the worse thing was that we had to queue for lunch and dinner (up to 15 minutes) and although the staff tried their best the restaurant was not big enough to cope. The cooked food was between tepid and cold and although there was 2 microwaves you had to queue again to use them. I did not even try to heat my fried egg and bacon in it!!

Review 23：The reception staff were quick and efficient - the bar staff were friendly and we got served quickly. The room had been refurbished and we had two double beds which were very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and the cleaner was very good. The view from the balcony was stunning. We did not use the pool as the weather was not too good but it looked clean and welcoming. The hotel caters mainly for the Spanish people but the staff do speak a little English. We enjoyed the evenings where most of the clients were Spanish, as was the music, but it was fun watching the dance.

Review 24：On the 2nd stay the mattresses were too firm. During busy breakfast periods the queues for the hot drinks machines are ridiculous.

Review 26：We were kept awake until 4.15am, from the people above us, they were shouting from balcony to balcony. We asked to be moved, but the hotel was fully booked. We were not impressed considering we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions.

Review 34：We speak Spanish, but most UK visitors will struggle to join in the activities and entertainment programme. Not much English spoken here. And independent travellers should not arrive on Thursday at the same time as UK package group -- we had to stand for 1.5 hours waiting to check in.

Review 35：This was our 5th holiday at the Hotel Indalo, and it's been refurbished. Superb location next to beach which is never full. We love the buffet meals -- lots of freshly cooked food, plenty of fruit and vegetables available. We come to relax and read on the beach -- what more do we need!

Review 79：The attitude displayed on our arrival. The room we were given was dingy, dark with faded drapes and coverlets, broken furniture and no tea,coffee or chiller facilities. It looked like a room normally allocated to staff.

Review 89：The restaurant was disappointing. The food was always cold. We had anevening meal, and bought a bottle of water which was outrageouslyexpensive and the meal was poor to say the least. Everything was cold,including the chips!!! Not a great deal of variety in 'hot'food. The rooms were a little cool and there was no ventilation in thebathroom, which is a shame as the shower was excellent with lots of hotwater. Although we were told there was an English channel on the tv wecouldn't find it. There was no information, including fire escaperoutes, and telephone access in the room, but this will probably berectified, as we understand that the hotel had only just opened afterrenovation.

Parking was both free andeasy, although this might be different during the Summer months. Therewas a regular bus service from outside the hotel, which could be veryuseful. The bar staff were excellent and the entertainment was asexpected for this time of year.

Review 91：It was rather overcrowded in the restaurant, and It's a shame they feel the need to massively overcharge for a bottle of water to have with your dinner. Drinks in the bar are also overcharged but at least you can escape that and venture out to the many other bars that are priced reasonably.
