Reviews for Hotel Anunciada
Review 1:Noisy inside;one can hear what's happening in other rooms;ordered a room with a double bed with 1mont in advance and they gave us a stupid room with 3 single beds.
Review 2:Location; the cafeteria and the cafeteria staff.
Review 3:Nothing, met our needs as Camino walkers.
Review 4:Well located across from the beach and marina. Room was a standard hotel version. Comfortable, small, well kept, fairly basic. Breakfast in cafe downstairs. Staff was very accommodating.
Review 5:Excellent location BUT the downside is that many rooms are above the narrow old town streets with carousers heard until 04:00. Limited choice of breakfast items.
Review 6:A warm welcome and a comfortable bed
Review 7:My family complained about the noise in the street, there are several restaurants and bars open until late.
Review 8:Very handy if you go to an event in Baiona.
Review 9:It's location in theory is great, as it's right in the centre, but then you realise that they have concerts going on in he main square opposite all summer until 1.30am so not great If you have kids. You can hear it really loudly. Definitely not family friendly. They have bathroom doors that lock easily from the inside but no means of getting them open from the outside at all, so we had to keep the door opened permanently with a belt attaching it so that our toddlers couldn't decide to play their favourite game and lock themselves in. They also have balconies with an easy access bar you push to open it and no way of locking it, so again, not very well thought out for children. Hairdryer pipes were broken so pointless having a hairdryer if the air comes out of the tube before it gets to the nozzle. The bedding was really bad, almost see through as it was so old and the pillows were the sort you would expect 150 years ago!!! Very thin and hard. We ordered a cot, and I couldn't bring myself to use it as it was so dirty. It was cheap, but even then poor. The reception is not representative of the rest of the hotel as it looks pretty nice, but we had two rod and yet although one was better than the other, neither was good for families. No safe either.
Review 10:Breakfast is cheap but is only coffee and juice with a croissant. I would recommend going for breakfast elsewhere as there are lovely bars 30 seconds away doing proper breakfast.
Review 11:The bar downstairs is open until the wee hours of the morning, with windows open (no AC) the noise prevented sleep until well after 2:00AM.
Review 12:The location is super, view of the harbor, walk to 3 beaches. Close to many restaurants and pubs. If you plan to party late night, this hotel is perfect for you.
Review 13:No airco, so you have to sleep with The window open AND The room is next to The streeft with The most bars So à lot of noice Every night till 4.30 in The morning
Review 14:Very enjoyable stay in a typical Spanish hotel - small, but clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sheila on reception. Great location.
Review 15:The receptionist Patricia was kind, super friendly, serviceable and professional and so was the rest of the staff. Place is immaculately clean and my room was decorated with style. Magnificent location and a gift for the price.
Review 16:probably having to walk through the bar area each time to get to the lift although the staff were very friendly.
Review 17:Because of road work at back of the hotel, they moved us to a much better room at the front
Review 18:wi-fi only in the ground floor, breakfast in the bar was delicious if a little basic.
Review 19:Excellent location, great to have the bar on-site, very helpful staff, charming view over a busy piazza, great value.
Review 20:Cheap, clean, on the promenade by the marina and on the main road where the evening life begins. We've stayed there twice and thinking of going back in the nearest future.

Review 44:The location is great, the staff were very friendly, lots of tapas bars and restaurants around, a very good value for many - would happily stay in the hotel again!
Review 45:this was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are directly above a number of tapas bars with people drinking and shouting right outside the bedroom windows (on at least two sides of the hotel) until 5am, even on weekdays.
