Review 1：Thought the parking was expensive and lighting in the car park should be thought out better as the light switch is not by the stairwell

Review 2：The room were well equipped and the gardens well kept

Review 3：No Kettle or Toaster in the accommodation (went out and bought them from Lopez as we were there for three weeks). Very NOISEY betweem 10pm and Midnight, despite asking for a QUIET location.

Review 12：Good spot for an easy all-inclusive family beach/pool holiday. Heaps of activities, mostly offered in Spanish. Effective (and necessary) air-con in the apartments. Big pools, nice lawns, good facilities.

Review 13：I went with my husband, our 6 month old baby and my best friend for a wedding and decided to stay at Best Puebla Indalo. I loved that breakfast and dinner were included by default, the pool was great, the apartments were clean and comfortable (having a mini kitchen with a baby is GREAT!) AND the staff were really helpful with my celiac friend!

Review 15：We stayed in a newly refurbished one-bedroom apartment on a half-board basis and found the food in the restaurant to be very good. The accommodation was perfectly equipped for self-catering, with brand new fittings. A supermarket can be found within the complex for those who choose the self-catering option. The complex as a whole is a very pleasant eye opener. Free public parking over the road is plentiful.

Review 42：The fact that parking charges are not stated in the booking as this is something I take into account when selecting a hotel. Breakfast and supper was of a good standard but a little more variety at supper (we were there 4 nights) would have been nice.

Review 43：Excellent value for what we paid being out of season. Loved it that we got a room at the front with a sea view. Dont know if I would like to stay there during the summer months as I think the restaurant and other facilities might prove inadequate for a large number of guests.

Review 44：The hotel was excellent, the only problem was the charge for a motorbike of 8 euros a night per bike, we had to persuade the staff to let us have a single sport for 4 bikes, we had two spots as there were 6 bikes and they don't take up as much room as a car, so you should have a special rate for motorbikes!

Review 49：Air-con switched off in September with temperatures in high eghties, nomosquito nets at windows meant we couldn't leave them open so it waslike trying to sleep in a sweat box. Choice of food limited at dinner,what was available was cold. The dining room was always crowded makingit difficult to find a table. Entertainment was poor, more suited toChildrens Hour. Swimming pool in need of renovation.

Review 50：This is a tired hotel with nothing at all to like about it

Review 51：Firstly I would like to thank the Reception Staff who did all they could to assist with the problems which we encountered to the best of their ability – however some things were out of their control.On arrival, are first obstacle was the fact that although there was a Disabled Parking space to allow access to the hotel with our luggage – the disabled ramp offered no easy approach to the reception desk. This ramp had an incline of some 70%, with a rough crazy paved path - it would have taken Mr Universe to push a wheelchair up this ramp.It in fact took us a good 8 minutes to struggle up the walkway dragging our cases with the need to stop every couple of steps to recover from the exertion required. The other choice was to have climbed the flight of steps in the front of the entrance to the complex – some 14/15 steps at that. We booked in with out problem and found our allotted accommodation. This we found to be clean but appeared not to offer a great deal of comfort (which we could confirm within just a couple of hour) The television had only 4 channels (all in Spanish) with no way to change the language to English. The bedroom was clean and tidy and functional but was in the rear of the apartment with little or no outside view or light. The beds proved to be very comfortable and for this we are grateful. We planned to sit by the pool and just rest but to our dismay found that there was a climb of 26 steps to get to the pool area – we did it just the once but because of the climb were not able to use the pool or garden area again during our stay. The Restaurant offered a very limited and poor choice of self service menu – the service was not good either – for example one night there was a “Carvery - the chef sliced bits of meat and threw them to a plate in front of him – I would not have thrown bits to a dog in the manner which he used.
