Review 1：Wine was quite pricey and we were under the impression that it was adults only but had small children running around noisily one day

Review 3：Hotel restaurant - the menu didn't change over our 7-day stay and with a limited menu some more options would have been welcome.

Review 4：Lovely room and bathroom, great pool and extensive, pretty gardens with lots of places to sit outside and chill out. Excellent breakfast - fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt and eggs/bacon with good cafe con leche! Food in restaurant was excellent though a limited menu.

Review 5：If there is a lot of wind it is difficult to find a spot to sit outside sheltered from the wind.

Review 6：The place looks amazing, straight out of a magazine. The gardens are lush and the pool is really large and perfect for swimming laps. The restaurant is the best on the island and things like breakfast are really good. Rooms are even nicer than on the pictures with good soundproofing and perfect facilities. Staff is really accomodating. You feel spoiled :-).

Review 7：No iron in room and when requested you have to pay the staff to do it which is a little cheeky!They also charged for Nespresso capsules in the room at €1.50 each. There should be no charge for coffee in a hotel of this standard. There was a crying baby by the pool one day which ruined the tranquility of the location. Thankfully didn't see the baby again but be warned kids are clearly allowed!

Review 8：Luxurious hotel in beautiful rural location but very accessible and short distance from Mao and Airport. Car definitely required!Staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and that was excellent too. Idyllic quiet location. Perfect for chilling out!

Review 10：Almost everything: overall looks of the gardens, smells, rooms, shower... Great place to relax and listen to the silence. Very good service, guys there were extremely helpful. Has a gym, spa, good restaurant, the pool is great. You could go there for a couple of days with no need to leave the facilities, if that is what you want.

Review 20：The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. The beach is just a 10 min drive. The room was spacious and decorated with a lot of taste. Tghe bed is very comfortable and the sheets super soft. They serve an amaxing breakfast. The service is impeccable.

Review 29：We went to Torralbenc for 3 nights on our honeymoon week. It is the best hotel we have never been to. Everything is just perfect, beautiful, pure, simple. We really loved it.

The buildings and gardens with flowers were beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff were very helpful. The location is great for a quiet break. The pool and surrounding views of the countryside and the sea in the distance.

Review 33：It's not quite worth the rate but nothing is in Menorca. One small issue is that the nearest 'village' is Cala En Porter which is utterly charmless and pretty grim.One big issue is that the WiFi is poor and only works in certain areas of the hotel and generally not in the rooms. For what you're paying, it's a poor show.

Customer service, food, tranquility, the grounds, above & beyond what we expected...We had such a great time that was really hard for us to leave. They even went out of their way to provide us with the amazing bread & outstanding yogurt that we were having there every day. A perfect 10. We will go back without a doubt...

Review 38：The most relaxing hotel environment you could wish for (as experienced travellers both business & pleasure). Wonderful helpful staff, a delicious restaurant & a special mention for the fantastic sommelier. Perfect!

Review 39：- Some of the serving staff didnt have great english and were still finding their feet - because of this a couple of our orders were messed up and correcting them was awkward as there was still issues with language barrier - The dinner menu was overly ufssy and expensive - the hotel is very smart but also rustic and relaxed and a more traditonal menu with simple grilled fish etc would have been preferred. The top restuarants in menorca like Cap Roig and Trebol provide top qulaity food which we would have preferred. - The pasta and burger at lunch were great. The salads were however quite small for the price. They should make these more casual meals available also in the evening.
