Review 1：The fitted carpet in the bedroom was a bit smelly. We would recommend to lay wooden floor. Appartment was in the rear building with no sea view. This was not mentioned before booking. Apartment was rather dark. Bedroom and bath windows to canopied public aisle. Only french TV channels (DVB-T). No WiFi.
Review 2：Good quality for a reasonable price. Spacious living room with terrace to the south. Kitchen well equipped. 30 m from the beach, 100 m to restaurants. Calm. Good parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
Review 3：Very miniminlist as regards kitchen equipment. A definite struggle to use the provided kitchen facilities. We are four adults in a 5/7 apartment. It only had one toilet. We all agreed that four really was the maximum for the facilities in the apartment. The apartment was also small for 5/7, we expected a bigger apartment. OK for 4 adults.

Check-in takes place at Residence Corniche de la Plage Pierre & Vacances Residence (Benodet), located between the local casino and the spa centre, 2,650 feet away.Reception opening hours:Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.The reception is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays, from October to April.Subject to change, kindly contact the residence before your arrival.If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.A EUR 200 security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
