Review 1：Not helpful staff at all . all the time you hear no from them. Even they didnt print my Ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wifi . they sell wifi vey expensive with poor quality.

Review 4：Rude dining hall staff. Especially unaccommodating to small children. Their high chairs are useless and dangerous as they have no straps. The showers in our rooms were also dangerous as they would suddenly go scorching hot, not good for children, elderly or disabled.

Review 5：The hotel is in an ideal location, close to beach, restaurants and bars. Also a train service to Barcelona on the door step and not far from Girona airport.

Review 6：As the hotel is far away from the heart of Barcelona the half board option should be more flexible especially for those who like to visit Barcelona. Our family chose to loose the dinner three times in seven nights for the said reason.

Review 15：We were staying in Santa Susanna for the Flamenco show 'Olé' by Carmen Mota! Hotel is very near from the show building and in near walking distance from the beach! I liked very much the interior of the room! I was very impressed by the beautigul room and its bathroom! Huge shower out of glass! Exactly what u need when coming from the beach! U pass at the pool and hotel bar at least once during your stay! Staff here is great! Always a little joke ready to make your day! Great price for quality!!

Review 16：We were put in a room by the lift and throughout the day and early evening we kept hearing the lift going up and down...it sounded like someone was rearranging the furniture in the room above...quite annoying actually. Also, we asked for the iron at reception. There's only one for the whole hotel, old and in bad condition...and they charged €1.50 and we had to return it within an hour?

Review 18：The food was very monotonous and rather bad. Our room was situated on the east side, which is actually just above the noisy backyard of the kitchen and restaurant. Also the hotel next door is very close, balcony to balcony, what's quite uncomfortable. The train stop is aprox. 20 minutes away. Personally - nothing horrible, but still there are hotels which are closer.

Review 19：Good location, close to the beach and main avenue. Very nice and clean room, with fresh air condition, probably newly renovated.

Review 20：There were very loud and crowded live concerts at the neighboring hotel. They started about 9:30 pm and finished exactly at 12:00pm. First of all we were disappointed being tired after, but then we even enjoyed them sitting at the balcony. So..it's not a quiet place in the evening. But there should be personal opinion whether to accept it as disadvantage or not.

Review 21：- Superior double room where we stayed is fresh and clean. Bed is very comfortable. - Food is simply wonderful, good variety. Both breakfast and dinner were very nice for us. - Staff is very friendly. All of them - staff at the reception, waiters, cleaners. - We liked location the hotel. About 10-15 minutes walk from railway station. Less than 5 minutes walk to the sea. About 10 minutes walk to the big supermarket. - Live performances nearby. See disadvantages..

Review 22：The rooms were old. Mold in the bathroom. Paper thin walls. You could hear the people in the rooms like they were right by you. The food was pretty bad. Breakfast the same everyday no variety. Dinner was a bit better but still not good. Poor selection of fruit and veggies. One side of the hotel was loud because of the music from the hotel next door and the other side was the big ac and the dumpsters. We got woken up by throwing glass every morning. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 23：The staff was frendly and helpfull. The location is good. Beach is just a few minutes away and the pool is the decent size.

Review 26：Our first room smelled heavily like cigarette, we complained and the receptionist "checked" the room and came back, telling us, that we were wrong and there was no cigarette smell (and that she knows, because she is smoker - what a logic!?!?) after a long discussion we got a new room, which they "prepared" for us by using a lot of room spray. Nevertheless this room was in fact a lot better. All in all this could have been handled a lot friendlier! Cleaning was not done as well as expected.

Review 28：Sometimes a little bit noisy on the halls. The food was not good or special, very fat kitchen and not so much taken care of all. The animation was also poor quality, on the other way you also can go the other hotels for this, they had better animations.

Review 29：We stayed at the fifth floor. The rooms where not big but they had nice interior on the inside. (Some Rooms at the lower floor are more uncomfortable and outdated we noticed.) It was clean and the bathroom was really nice especially the shower. All with all quit good accommodation if you would compare the prices.

Review 52：The band from the hotel next to it ! The sang until 1 pm every night and the singer wasn't even skillfull ! The food could be more diverse.Oh, and i didn't like that although we had an observation when we made the booking and we asked to make a late check out ,since we had a very late check in , this observation wasn't take into consideration.

Review 54：first of all the location is great, infront of the best part the beach in santa susanna and the shopping center. than the hotel self is great the best one in the area the rooms are big, nice and clean,the personal are very friendly and funny my opinion all this is thanks the proffessional management of the hotel, specially misters quim and Victor the really know what all kind of clients need..the answear is satisfaction during your stay those is quality you miss in the rest of the hotels arround in santa susanna. the food is top, more than enough choices.. for every one..this thanks the brasilian chefcock rivaldo the spa wonderfull sunning area big enough and the facilities are presents. this hotel is just what you need.. i am recomanding this hotel for all kind of people. i diffenetly coming back, cause its worth it kind regards

Review 55：Paper thin walls, the elevator by our bedroom needed greasing, as it squealed each time it went by our room. The hotel next door had an outside band blaring, making sleep difficult. Bear in mind, this is a VERY touristy part of town with lots of young people out out 'party hearty'. We only needed a place to stay for one night, so it wasn't that much of a hardship. I would not want to stay there for a week though! Not all together the hotels fault, it's more the area and the crowds it attracts.

Review 61：A fost un sejur minunat, conditiile de cazare, pozitionarea hotelului sunt ok iar staff-ul prietenos si amabil. Mancarea a fost foarte buna atat dimineata cat si la cina. Pentru cei care vor sa viziteze Barcelona exista trenul care circula f bine, din 20 in 20 min si dureaza cam 1.10 pana in Plaza Catalonya. Gara se afla la exact 8 min distanta de la hotel. Cu alte cuvinte recomand cu caldura atat hotelul cat si statiunea care este f frumoasa.

Review 66：- I was missing the fridge that is not a part of the equipment. - Too many people in the dining room. We had to figure out the time when people are usually coming so we could avoid overcrowded dining room. - We ordered triple bed room for three adults. Then we got the double bed room with one extra bed. The room was too small for three adults and the extra bed was very uncomfortable. When asked for changing this room and getting the bigger one (the triple bed room we paid for), we were told okay, you will be moved tomorrow. Other day they said NO, we don´t have triple bed rooms we just have double bed room with one extra bed. So we said okay, just change the extra bed for the normal bed. They said okay, but then they said that it is not possible. We wrote down a complaint about this weird changing attitude/behavior but have not received any resolution from them. It seems that they got their money (we had to pay in advanced) and then they don´t care about their guests. This unpleasant and unfair situation caused that we are not going to come back. When passing the corridor we saw that many rooms have an extra bed which I think caused the overcrowded dining room (many extra people for which this was not designed).

Review 67：- Near to the beach and to the center. - Big choice of different kind of food for breakfast and dinner that was being replenished. The quality of the food was quite good. - They cleaned the room, toilet and changed the towels every day. - The animation program was not bad. - The entertainment and the music shows end at the midnight everywhere (also in other hotels) so you have a peace for sleeping. If you want to continue having fun and dancing you can go to the several discos that are placed under the ground and do not break the peace. - English speaking stuff. (But this was a common thing. Almost everybody spoke English everywhere).
