Review 1：We had to pay extra for the bathrobes(12 €/person). Also the room was a little bit cold because it was placed in the attic, but the problem was quickly fixed with a heater.

Review 13：Paid wifi in 2015? really? Fix this "embarrassment" to get 10\10. Also, despite it central location it's quite a walk with a ski to the nearest lift or a ski bus stop. Consider leaving ski near the lift, there are deposit boxes there.

Review 14：We took 1 bedroom apartment and was very satisfied with it. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen facilities were first class. Hotel spa provided good relax after a day of skiing.

Review 76：The very steep hill up to the ski centre. It would be almost impossible to walk in ski boots with kids and/or equipment. We had to leave skis and boots by the ski lift for which there was an additional daily charge (whilst the hotel says it has courtesy spots reserved for guests note this only applies to private equipment [ie not rental] and only if they have availability….not easy during half term week!)

Review 77：The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly, professional staff. The evening restaurant buffet was of good quality and reasonable value. We used the swimming pool and spa daily. These were good quality and well maintained.

Review 80：I have some constructive suggestions, but this should not be taken as a criticism. The sauna is getting tight when the hotel is full. It would be useful to expand it with a second sauna. Some guests have abused the spa towels which is hard to accept for other environmentally conscientious guests. I recommend to put large and visible sign in the sauna to educate guests on how to use spa towel. I like the sign at the swimming pool showing to take a shower first. The sauna should have a similar size sign with a picture showing (1) you have to use towel under your feet in the sauna (2) use only one towel per guest. Some times it was hard to find a parking spot at Bellvue Alm.

Review 81：We stayed at this hotel several times and always had a good time. We plan to go back again. The swimming pool and spa area is great. I particularly like that you can walk from your hotel room to the spa wearing a bath robe. The spa attendant was particularly helpful and enthusiastic and highly motivated. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the skihill. However, it is painful to walk to the ski lift with children. I drove the skiing equipment to the ski lift by car early in the morning and walked back to the hotel to pick up the children. This is a good solution for those who are traveling by car.

Review 82：Ski lift is far more than a 'stone's throw' from the hotel, more like a good 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Parking is also quite a walk from the hotel.

Review 84：Staff unfriendly, i would say even rude! They didnt have the room we ordered even though they have confirmed it to us. The lady at the desk had us waiting for 30 min was acting more like she was at home in the kitchen she also looked like that. Totally unprofessional! Didnt have a slitest idea of how to serve a customer but more than that didnt even have common sense. The bar tenders were all rude! So if you dont want your day to be ruined dont talk to anyone and expect no service whatsoever. Rooms are okay no slipers no mini bar, just a bed and towels. No room service. Not so clean.

Bad Gastein is a beautiful place to stay, with a lot of activities both in summer and especially in winter.

Review 89：Absolutely nothing......only niggle was that we had had a really long day in the car and were looking forward to a relaxing swim in the hotel's pool, and when we got there at about 8pm, it was full of screaming children! So we didn't bother.

Daycare was very sporadic.Instead of having regular hours, such as 0800-1700 daily, which wouldhave corresponded nicely with the ski day, it was limited hours anddifferent each day. This makes it very difficult for families who wantto ski and have their children watched at the hotel. I would consider adifferent hotel in the future for this reason.

She was undisguisedly irritated with my questions concerning the best ski-schools in Gastein. She said a phrase like " I answer third time on the same question during last 5 minutes." Finally we discovered, unfortunately too late, that she advised us the closest, but not the best school (the best is in Angertal).
