Review 1：Not a bad experience but would like to say that the outside swimming pools were in a disgusting state and not nice to look at.

Review 2：Large comfy beds and quiet room with a sea view that we paid extra for.

Review 3：Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, beds comfortable, and room clean, Lovely sea views, great beach, not too far from main Mojaca and pleasant walk to Gerrucha. Restaurant food wonderful and lots of choices.

Review 4：The evening bar too noisey with the childrens activities and noisey table top games. Needs a snug bar for those without children.

Review 8：The coach parties of Brits were sometimes a little unpleasant and rude. The entertainment was rather jaded and difficult to hear when the hotel was obviously at or near capacity - the bar and lounge were uncomfortably full for evening shows.

Review 12：The bathroom stunk to high heaven...drains or sewer take your pick! Wifimay well as not be on due to the very very slow speed...bar shut before11.30pm, no entertainment. Only stayed here as I got an upgrade afterthe first stay when they charged me twice! Definitely will not stay hereagain, pay the extra few euros and stay at the Parador!

Review 14：The food was not of a good standard and was always cold, unless you waited for the chef to turn up and cook you what you wanted, eg. fish or meat. breakfast was the same, cold congealed bacon and eggs yuk!.

The staff were apologetic and gave us a complimentary bottle of water and plate of fruit which was nice but we shouldn't have been put in a room we have to move from in the first place

Review 33：Sadly Best hotels have failed to seek advice on planning their disabled/adapted bathrooms from a wheelchair user. Consequently I was forced to use the public disabled facilities. This really shouldn't be happening in the 21st century !!!

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. We were on the same level as the pool which we found very convenient. The Staff in the bar and the restaurant very very friendly. There was plenty of choice of good food for breakfast and everything was continually replenished. Our stay was excellent value for money

Review 78：The reception staff at check in were indifferent to the point of rudeness. We were asked to pay in full before obtaining our room key, which was somewhat unusual. No information was offered as regards hotel facilities, restaurant etc. Having asked was there was a safe in our room we were told yes there was. We searched our room and could not locate a safe anywhere. Then back to reception to be informed that if we paid €2.50 per day upfront the maintenance man would bring a safe to our room. This sounded strange as to me a safe is always permanently securely bolted to either the floor or to the wall. I queried this with the receptionist who just said that was it and that nobody could steal a safe from a bedroom, then shrugged her shoulders and walked away. We did not pay the rental and kept our valuables with us. To last straw was that our bedroom was directly above the service entrance. We were woken at 3.00am by the arrival of the refuse collection truck. The noise of bins being emptied and glass bottles collected lasted for over 30 minutes. We had had enough and checked out next morning. We had booked for and paid for two nights but we were not asked why we were leaving early, was everything ok, or did we enjoy our stay. The official rating of this hotel is 4 star. I would consider it to be a very poor 3 star package holiday type hotel. Would we return there? Never. I would not recommend it to anyone.
