Review 1：it was quite cold inside hotel and I was not able to turn not heating.
Review 2：It was very clean, brekfast was perfect. Two rooms are very nice! I also leaved wallet inside safe. However I wrote the message and they promise to keep it until I can take it.

Review 5：Bed madrace is so hard and unconfortable. Do not ever try to go to the restoran which is a part of the Hotel but not belongs to the Hotel as food is their unbelivable expensive and portions are misarable, everthing looks nice there but this is the worst one we tried in Madrid - we got a children portions for 58 EUR and all rates are excluded of VAT in menu what is a criminal trick so all rates will be a subject of additionall 15% at the final bill you will be given. Lobby area in the Hotel could be renovated as well as internet signal is so low at the depandanses where we were situated.
Review 6：Hotel is OK, located in the suborb of Madrid. Good thing is a bus stop oposite of the Hotel where bus will take you to the centar in 15 minutes. Big and confortable suites with large LCD TV.Simpatic outdoor swiming pool but water was cold. Good price is advantege but keep in minds that you will be situated in the suborb od Madrid, this is the cost.
Review 7：hotel is very tired staff so not interested no wifi in room restaurant closed not told!! pool guy with a smoking problem no porters in sight 6 loungers by pool in a 200 + room hotel barman only spoke spanish and this is 4star hotel!!

Review 9：The restaurant was very disappointing. Waited one hour for food, then starters and main meals came together. Also wine was corked and had to remind the waiter twice that I was waiting for a replacement. Service was very slow. Had to go to the bar to order drinks. Baring in mind the restaurant was empty.

Review 27：Hotel far from city center. Very expensive breakfast. Unkind staff. Cold room with heating system unactivated since the day had been warm. That was a very uncomfortable situation. Old bathroom.

Review 29：The Barman was the rudest person I have ever met. He was constantly trying to get me to leave the bar area and was gesticulating aggressively and frequently did not make me feel welcome at all. The reception staff were very polite and helpful though.
Review 30：- The rooms are very outdated- The hotel charges extra for Internet access and charges per device!! - The hotel doesn't refll the minibar on Sundays and they do not sell water which means that you have no drinkable water in the room if you run out of the two small bottles they would leave in the fridge on Saturday... - Very poor breakfast
Review 31：- The rooms are spacious- Plenty of closet space if you are planning to stay for some days. - The location was perfect for us, close to all international schools in La Moraleja and next to Moraleja Green Shopping centre, which is one of the best in the area.
Review 32：The whole place needs a face lift, very old design and the look and feelneed to be updated for 2013. The rooms are big and have all thefacilities expected but are very run down and in need of a completeoverall. The sofa was old and uncomfortable, The bed was a good size andclean but again old and needs updating . The fridge didn’t work and theshower that was far too hard to use in the bath, from the size of thebathroom a walk in shower could easily be made available. The room tileswere broken and the air condition was switched off so the room wasalways to hot. Free wireless is available on request but was far tooslow to be of value, thus pretty unusable, however if you paid for yourwireless it worked fine ….
