Review 1：- On arrival sunday 8pm restaurant was closed. - monday morning 9.45 am no more breakfast, everything was cleaned up. Although we were told the evening before that breakfast was till 10am - coming back from an excursion our room had not been cleaned ! The reception could not reach the maid so nothing was done.

Review 2：One night (of 2) not charged. The least they could do.

Review 4：Our Business Double Room was large with double bed, sofa, coffee table, desk and spacious bathroom. Service was good and the front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast was delicious and huge selection of bread, eggs, bacon, cold meets, juice, fruits, pancakes, waffles and much more.

Review 5：Needs refurbishment, specially the bathrooms. A small fridge in the room would have been nice.

Review 6：Staff quite friendly, decent breakfast, children's play area inside and outside. Family room is spacious.

Review 7：Hotel staff were not very service minded. There was a long waiting time in the restaurant resulting in that there was no time for a desert before it closed.

Review 8：The room was fairly clean, but there was mold on the shower curtain. The amenities were not what I expected for the price I paid.

Review 9：Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice big balcony. The buffet breakfast was good too. There was a swimming pool, but we did not have a chance to use it.

Review 12：After travelling 4 hours I wantet a quick dinner in the restaurant but everything was booked and I was not able to get anything to eat at the hotel. Would have been nice if at least they could have offered something to take to the room if no place in the restaurant

Review 15：The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice. It was a short walk to the town centre where there was a selection of restaurants and to the harbour and fjord.
