Review 5:The chateau is well located and is everytning you would hope for from aFrench chateau. Our room was elegant and very clean and comfortable. Weslept extremely well which doesn't always happen in a hotel bed. Theexcellent host was charming and was advised us on local beauty spotsthat we would otherwise have missed. He recommended a good localrestaurant and breakfast was typically French with all produce beinglocal to the area. We were very glad we had chosen this hotel and willhave lovely memries of our stay.

Review 16:A beautiful chateau with a friendly owner who runs the place. It is just outside town, so that it feels like countryside, but you can easily reach town for dinner etc. The owner is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us plan the rest of our trip.

Review 17:The castle-house, the extreme friendliness of the host, Mr. Eric Rinaudo, the surroundings, the comfort, the food, the welcome wine he served us, the music he selects to play with the breakfast, the stories he tells about Auvergne, its history, and his family, the morning run in the fields following his recommendations. I don't remember a B&B where my wife and I would have felt more pampered and more energized than at this one. I highly recommend it and

Review 18:The castle and the hosts made us feel very warmly welcome and really special guests. The location just outside Aurillac is perfect and the castle and surroundings is perfectly kept and beautiful.

Review 19:This was probably nice of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed. The host and hostess were extremely knowledgeable about their home and the antiques in the building. We had our supper there and the food was excellent. It was made by the owners and the wines were local as well as the ingredients in the meal. This was a true culinary experience and the owners were so knowledgeable about the area. We meet the other people staying in the chateau at supper and we had an interesting conversation during the meal. It was worth every cent we paid and more. It is a chateau that I would highly recommend to friends and others.

Review 20:Bathroom is somewhat out dated. No shower-head mount nor curtain which makes the shower experience very wet! Typical french saggy mattress.

Review 21:Stylish spacious rooms. Very friendly knowledgable owner. Delicious breakfast in castle style room. Picturesque surroundings. Chateau is beautifully situated in an area of gorgeous nature. Must ask the owner for dining tips!! Owner can also cook dinner upon prior request.

Review 22:Wonderful host, very comfortable beds & room. Local cuisin breakfast very good.

Review 23:Nothing

Review 24:Excellent welcome

Review 25:Perfect hints for hidden treasures of the surrounding area given from the enthisatic castle owner!
