Review 1：2Bedrooms Apartment 211 has no balcony and both bedrooms are on street side, facing only opposite buildings. The beds were very uncomfortable. Extra charges for internet €5/day, and safety box. It is not worth to pay extra €10per day or €30 for a balcony during rainy/winter season. During summer it's worth it to pay extra to have a balcony.

Review 2：Modern and clean style apartment, kitchen with washing and dishwashing machines. Lucky to have found carpark space nearby.

Review 9：Have to pay extra for a balcony room, but well worth it. Wifi wasn't very good and you could only connect one device at a time. Without a car the location would have been a bit out of the way. Being off peak we could park in the free parking nearby, but otherwise daily parking charges were quite steep.

Review 10：From our third floor apartment we had a lovely view of the canal below and the mountains behind. Nice, modern apartment with good kitchen, washing machine and air conditioning. Central location for travelling around the region if you have your own transport. No mosquitoes so could sit outside in the evenings.

Review 11：- Wifi is expensive and very slow (20 euro / 7 days) - Beds arent very comfortable. - Appartment for 4 persons was ideal for 2.

Review 13：There wasn't anything we didn't like but there are a few things that seem to come up on here in negative reviews that I would like to comment on as I think it would have helped when we booked. Car Parking - Yes there is an additional charge of 9 euros per day - however we stayed the first week in September and were able to use nearby parking for free. Worst case scenario parking on the main strip is only 5 euros per day and is not far from the apartments. Reception is not open all day but as long as you know when they are there this is not a problem. There are a lot of extras to be paid for if you want them. We didn't so it didn't matter. But so you are clear, wifi is extra, use of sauna is extra, balcony is extra (though the windows in the apartments are like patio doors so we didn't miss having a balcony), Mini golf on roof is extra too.

Review 14：very spacious apartment, well equipped, and clean. Great location if you like to watch the boats come and go as the block is situated on the canal that exits to the sea. Staff were very helpful. Will definitely be going back next year.

Review 31：When we arrived, on a Sunday, the front desk was not open as it said itshould be on Booking.com. They are never open Sunday afternoons. Theydid not contact us to say that we needed to use the safe, nor did wehave the code. I had to call to get the code, after about 10-15 min ofwaiting, I hung up. Thankfully another customer arrived and he had thecode, otherwise we would never have gotten the keys. There were ants inthe apartment, one window towards the walkway did not lock and we didnot have pillows for the sofa bed. Reception on monday morning couldhave cared less about these complaints.

Spaciousapartment was a little disappointed as we did not have a balcony, butthat said, the wind was hurricane force so a balcony was of little useon this occasion! The staff member was very helpful and friendly. Idon't speak Spanish but her French was perfect, I was able tocommunicate in French with her.
