Review 1：Decided to go on a hiking weekend for my boyfriends birthday, and choose the Amura because of their advertised rooftop Jacuzzi. After checking in we went right up to the roof and found a cold jacuzzi - very disappointed but called down to the desk and they said it would be fixed, tried our best to enjoy ourselves while continuing to call down, never warmed up. Next morning same thing. Tried to speak to the manager when checking out but they were unavailable. Received an email saying that they keep the jacuzzi at 30 degrees on purpose! So all the times they told us they were working on it, they were doing nothing, as apparently it was supposed to be that way (why on earth would a jacuzzi be at 30 degrees!?). The hotel itself is bland, as was the room. The bed turned out to be two twins pushed together (not comfortable) and had a sheet thrown overtop instead of a fitted sheet and did not have a mattress protector. The duvet also had two sheets instead of cover - how clean can all that be? The rooms do not have a coffee maker or tea available. The food we received from room service was just a chunk of over cooked meat between two slices of bread, nothing else.

Review 3：Noise from motorway (for rooms located from this side), bathroom utensils rather cheap. Location for me was OK but for Madrid visitors can be a bit tricky.

Review 5：The food in the restaurant was very poor. The hotel is next to a main road, and there are few facilities in the area around the hotel. It is a long way to Madrid.

Review 9：The stuff are very helpful. They speak many languages and excellent english. They offer free transportation to near destinations.. The bar is very nice you can stay for long hours and you can also enjoy the terras..

Review 10：This hotel does not deserve its four star rating. I would probably give it at most two stars. The bathroom was not clean, the hotel itself is really shabby and old, décor inside is really bad, and does not match the pictures they uploaded to the website. The 'free' breakfast is awful and cold.

Review 16：We went there as it was one of the few hotels that had a indoor pool and we wanted to give my son a splash around for the two days before a long flight. When we arrived we saw a sign in lift saying the pool was closed for a private function. We were told that we could use the pool the next morning. The next day, we jumped in the lift and we found another sign saying we could only use it before 11 as there was another function there that day. So we rushed a short swim in for him. Would not stay again for this reason.

Review 17：We used it as an overnight before flying out. Rooms are ok, meet all requirements. There is good kids playgrounds and restaurants nearby.

Review 18：Location wasn't ideal but the free shuttle service made up for this. The breakfasts were quite expensive but did offer a good variety. We would have preferred a tea/coffee maker in the bedroom.

Review 19：Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice and clean. The complimentary shuttle service was excellent and made our stay much more enjoyable. Not an ideal area for tourists but once we got to know our way around, it did offer good transport links around Madrid with the underground. Overall great value for money.

Review 20：Would have liked a kettle in room to have a cup of tea in the morning, breakfast was €14 and my partner only had cereal as he was competing in a duathalon so this was expensive, restaurant staff were not attentive and could smile

Review 22：Despite being full at a weekend - presumably an unusual event as Alcobendas is a commercial zone rather than a tourist destination - the bar was understaffed and the service was painfully slow. Although wi-fi was free it was hard to pick up and the signal was weak.

Review 24：The pool had lifted tiles and my children's feet had been cut from them, after day 3 the hotel shut the pool for maintenance. With high expectation of visitors they should have fixed this beforehand as kids missed out on the pool

I book so much in advance that I don't understand why it could not be sorted. Yes, the hotel was hosting an event at the time. Still I had the double room and my friends a married couple did not.

Review 33：Stayed here to be near airport and enjoy the pool morning before departure, which was a bliss! Good breakfast, perhaps not supergreat as compared to e.g. Auditorium Madrid, also near the airport. Free transfer which we did not need however. Enjoyed the deal with free parking in garage below hotel with elevator straight up to reception and room.

Review 34：Wifi was quite temperamental - alternating between having fantastic throughput and having a lie down for a while. There was some stench from the bathroom ventilation, but that could have been dealt with by keeping it closed.

Review 66：The hotel was noisy, the soundproofing between bedrooms was dreadful! The shuttle service advertised does not operate on a Sunday, this was not clear at the start. Finally, the use of the hotel pool was subject to availability (2 x days of stay it was booked out for private events).

Review 79：The hotel in quite inconvenient for accessing central Madrid. The traffic in the morning makes travel to Madrid itself difficult/impossible. The food in the restaurant used to be good. However, this time it was quite dreadful, with several dishes being utterly inedible.

Review 80：The hotel is conveniently located for the surrounding business-park/industrial estate. If you're not visiting people on that park, there's no reason to stay at this hotel. The free shuttle service to the airport was most welcome.

Review 81：Wifi extremely slow and you cannot rejoin once you close the computer.Staff were "funcional" not friendly. I asked for a wake up call at 4.30am and it came at 4.37am (things have to run like clockwork when you are going to catch a plane, the plane will not wait for you). When I got to reception at 5am the porter was nowhere to be seen for 5 minutes, I needed him to validate me parking ticket to let me out. Unbelievable! Parking was 20€ a night, total ripoff, there are not too many options to leave the car outside. Never shall I return to that hotel, which should have a 2 star grading.
