Review 1：I was cold at night as I did not bring pyjamas and feel the cold, can be in second bathroom and light only in one bathroom for both

Review 5：Got the noisest room behind the bathroom and kitchen. Booked a double and got a twin room. Too many rooms sharing too few bathrooms. Only wifi upstairs. Not first floor. Slamming doors constantly. Unfriendly staff. Dirty kitchen.

Review 7：Not given room booked as a first option, had to dispute to get the twin room on top floor, tried to put me in a tiny single on first floor instead. Surly, unhelpful and unfriendly staff. No sockets in bedroom to charge mobile phone, only a tiny pin socket for a lamp. Very noisy. Bit of a trek from the beach.

Review 9：The large balcony, where we and other guests could sit and eat or just relax. The possibility to cook. To meet and talk to the other guests. The great views from the balcony. The friendly atmosphere.
Review 10：Buses run very frequently which means it can be noisy in the room even at night/early morning.
Review 11：Puerto de Mogan is small so it is close to go anywhere, Pension Eva is not in the centre, it's a small walk from the beach/all the restaurants. Bus stop is on the opposite site of the road. Good location and good value for money. Owners/staff can be easily contacted and they reply quickly.

Review 14：It was a pitty that there was no additional informatie available about day trips or activities.also a timetable of the bus would be convenient. It is not a pension where a lot of people come to meet other people, they kept mostly to themselves.
Review 15：The price quality ratio is good. The rooms are simple but clean and sufficient. The roof terrace is very nice. The Shared bathrooms are cleaned every day.
Review 16：I have been staying in Pension Eva before. In January 2015 i was there for 10 days. So i think i was a good customer.... Due to a missunderstanding.... I didn´t find any staff member at 10.00 But found a Spanish written note on the staff´s door that mentioned that they would be back at 17.00. Instaed off clearing out of my room before 12.00 i left my bag there until 15.00 because i did´t want to take it to the beach when i went for a last swim. When i came back i found a note to my room door saying; checkout time is 12.00! I went to the staff to explain that the note on their door saying they wouldn´t be back before 17.00. Gave me the feeling that it would not make any differensce if i would leave my things there until 15.00. Though i told the staff about the missunderstanding and that i was going to leave that same afternoon. They made me pay for another day! The whole sum! I didn´t find that very kind!

Review 18：Very unclean kitchen area, dishes, appliances. Large bottles with cigarettes butts on the terrace. Very small room, no TV. Noisy residents.

Review 22：Cleaning is done loudly and obtrusively. It is very much the guests job to 'get out of the way'. There is no sense of 'keeping things quiet' for the guests or prioritising guest experience above the dross. No policy on excess alcohol consumption nor the language skills to deal with problems/issues. I believe that the place will be run by an agency shortly which may make a lot of sense. It is usually a mistake for the owner to be involved in the minutiae and therefore to give it disproportionate importance. Something can be important without being enormously disruptive.
