Review 1：We really enjoyed our stay here. It was incredibly comfortable, and very near Xanten which we were visiting in the morning. We arrived a little later than planned and the hosts were very kind. Would definitely stay here again.
Review 2：Sign was easy to miss; recommend using latitude/longitude GPS coordinates. Remember to call ahead so host can meet you with a key.

Review 4：The people that let us in were not there on the agreed upon time, theyshowed up half an hour late. The bathroom was occupied all the time. Thebedroom was damp.

Review 8：Not a great location, right on a busy street. Upper level rooms small and dark (only a tiny roof window available). No internet reception in upper level rooms (tried on different devices). Rooms are very warm when hot outside, bad air circulation, mattresses are not comfortable, overall not a pleasant sleeping experience.

Review 12：The host family was extremely hospitable and welcoming. They allow us to use the wash-machine and the house was perfectly clean, neat and very cozy. It was a very pleasant stay!
Review 13：Locatoon is on a main road and there is nothing around in walking distance, but for 1 night just passing through it was not a problem for us.

Review 15：Babette Gilles is very friendly and nice to us. The rooms are clean. The hotel doesn't have a reception but it's easy to reach Babette Gilles by phone, so the check in for us went quite smoothly.
Review 16：It was a very spacious apartment and everything was at hand. It was comfortable, clean and enjoyed soaking in the bath tub and central heating coming from a much warmer climate in Australia. Lovely hosts, very helpful.

The kitchen offers private storing space for each rooms food which was very nice to see. The couple that runs it was very very nice and English was no problem at all. We came by bike and after a long trip they offered to drive us to Xanten for some recreation and even to pick up some groceries for us, all in all extremely hospitable.
