Review 1:Everything! Absolutely beautiful place with stunning views. What else could you possibly need? Staff is very friendly, breakfast excellent (big too!), rooms clean and beautiful...

Review 2:We stayed 2 nights in Alodia, in a room on the 2ed floor with a balcony viewing the castle. The view leave you speechless. The room and all the building is so nice decorated with many magnificent items that you should see and can't be described. It's simply beautiful. Jose Luis is very helpfull, tries to help with everything always with a smile. his daughter Eva helps with her perfect English when needed. The breakfast is served in the room and it's rich and tasty, full of homemade delicates. when we asked for some changes in our second breakfast on our second morning, it was full filled with such will more than we expected. What a lovely stay.

Review 7:The comfort of the mattress was incredible. I don't think I've slept on a bed more comfortable before in my life. The staff were really helpful and friendly and did everything to make our stay very special. The amount of attention to detail in every way but particularly the decor and furnishings was absolutely outstanding. The whole place felt very homely and unique. One of the best places I've had the pleasure of staying in. Highly recommendable and would love to come back again one day.

Review 8:Only one, no facility to make a cup of coffee in you room. In the big picture a very small negative in a very positive break.

Review 10:Excellent accommodations, all breakfasts were lovely, a gratis bottle of local wine, great service, superior bed, incredible view from our room and balcony. Best experience we had in Spain bar none. The hiking in the area is incredible.

Review 11:the village does not cater for a reasonable meal at lunchtime and the only restaurants we found open were very poor. Evenings are much better

Review 12:the whole experience at the hotel was fantastic everything was perfect

Review 13:We arrived on the Tuesday after Easter and all the good restaurants were closed; it is very much a tourist destination and probably very quiet outside the summer months.

Review 14:We ordered the tasting menu for our lunchtime arrival which was excellent. Great breakfast

Review 15:You have to park outside the town, but it is only a short walk in & Alodia was easy to find. Our hosts did not speak much English , but with our phone translator App we didn't have any trouble getting by.

Review 16:Our spacious room was superbly decorated & had a wonderful ambience. Beautiful antique pieces were mixed with objects d'art & a magnificent bathroom with huge double shower. It was one of the most beatiful rooms we have ever stayed in. The platter offered with produce of the region & a bottle of local wine was fantastic, as was the breakfast next morning ( all served st the dining table in our room!) A truly memorable place to stay.

Review 17:Nothing. Although there is no on site parking being a historic town, plenty is available very near by.

Review 18:Everything, this place was amazing. The room design and attention to detail was exceptional, as was the owner. The town of Alquezar topped it off. This part of Spain is exceptionally good value and a great place to visit.
