Reviews for Apartments Casa Lila
Review 1:The owner was very rude , no rispect at all for guest. We were treated very bad. The mini apartment was not comfortable at all... Hearing shouting voices from early morning around 8 every morning. Internet was crap and I had the right password on my last day ... Not fair at all
Review 2:Location
Review 3:This whole "studio" apartment was poorly equipped. The towels were worn out, the kitchen facilities were very poor. One of the cabinet door handles was broken etc. etc...
Review 4:Our double bed only had a single sheet which wasn't great - but to be fair, we didn't complain and I expect it would have been dealt with if we had. The shower tended to flood over the floor as the curtain was too short.
Review 5:The location of the apartment was excellent - very central. We had great views from the balcony of our top floor flat. Lila was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of hot water and we had all the facilities we needed. Overall this was very good value.
Review 6:We did not know we had 50 steps to the room when we booked.
Review 7:The staff are 10/10 The view out the window 10/10
Review 8:would be improved by two easy chairs or settee in living room in case of bad weather
Review 9:Good location, short walk to harbour and supermarket, good balcony
Review 10:The old décor and glass-walled bathroom in Casa Lila. Also having to stay in Vistaparc 1 with shady balcony and not a sunny terrace, for two nights before being transferred to Casa Lila.
Review 11:The position of Casa Lila and roof terrace in Apartment C.
Review 12:The apartments are in dire need of a re-furb! The kitchenette was poorlyequipped and what crockery was available was very stained. We had oneteaspoon, one eggcup etc in an apartment that in theory could sleep 3people. The 'bathroom' was pathetic - a cornered off section ofthe lounge which was almost see-through. The water supply was erraticwhich made taking a shower a hit-and-miss experience. The toilet seatdid not fit properly and was very old and rusted up. The towels suppliedwere old and inadequate. There was no internet access in the apartmentand the tv showed only German channels, with the exception of Euronews -no Spanish language channels. This was not 'cheap and cheerful'- we found out that rates at other better equipped apartments in goodlocations were a similar, if not cheaper, price for one week.
Review 13:The location was great - just a few minutes' walk from the beach, marina and local restaurants. Apartment c had a lovely sunnybalcony/terrace and a decent bedroom. The location was very tranquil- hardly any noise after 11.00. There were some interesting 'worksof art' in our apartment - primitive figures etc - but we'd havepreferred an adequate supply of crockery instead! Puerto de Mogan islovely, but stay somewhere else.
Review 14:Unfortunately the walls are not even paper thin. You can hear everything in the neighbouring apartment, which had we had noisey neighbours would have been a bit of a dampner on our holiday. We would definately stay again, but will pack earplugs next time just in case.
Review 15:The location is great - two minutes from the beach. Within Playa de Mogan it is good value. Our apartment had all the basic facilities you need for a week's self catering holiday. We ate our breakfast and lunch in the glorious sunshine on the terrace.
Review 16:Our in-checking to casa lila was a farce: the lady in the reception/the owner did not manage the creditcardsystem (there were no contact), she claimed that there where something wrong with our creditcards (which we had used several times the same day) and demanded/commanded us to a cash machine: “no cash no keys” ! The form was dated 2013 and only in Spanish, climax when she took the passport for copying it and never gave it back, claiming that she had returned it, we were obstinate and finally she found the passport in her bag! -a very unprofessional behavior and we kept far away from the reception for the rest of the visit. In the booking confirmation there was a sofa mentioned, but our apartment consisted of only one little room with a bed, no sofa, no table for breakfast, the room was very dark an poor, nothing for a claustrophobic! For the price we had expected better standard!
Review 17:Only one superlative and that was the location in the wonderful village.
Review 18:The cockroach that greeted us as we entered the studio apartment! The fact that there was a notice not to put toilet paper in the toilet. The dated, drab and dismal décor. No internet access.
Review 19:The location was excellent and the sun terrace was lovely to eat our breakfast and lunch outside on.
Review 20:Apartment was poorly furnished, very small and not very clean. Thank goodness weather was good as we could not stay there apart from using it as a 'sleeping destination'.
Review 21:Location and weather. Puerto Mogan is a lovely little town.
Review 22:We were there for a week and bins were not emptied (unless we did) and towels/sheets never changed. Apartment also was not cleaned. No internet access in apartment although advertised
Review 23:Location was v good Terrace was South facing very good
Review 24:Casa Lila was everything except what was on the booking.com site. It wasterrible! The so called" well equiped kitchen" consisted oftwo old pans and a rusty electrical plate. The sitting corner was twokitchen chairs and a 30 cm tv.wifi was not available.Worn out place. Inshort, don't go.
Review 25:Uhh, good?
Review 26:Really nice location in lovely town. Nice view from the terrace.
Review 27:Restricted balcony(view)
Review 28:The size, the shower, central location
