Review 1：Wifi fairly poor in room. Over half of the adult pool is 6ft or deeper. Shallow end is 3foot but might be a concern for some. There is a separate kiddies pool and park. Seemed good hotel for kids though. Kitchen area was slightly cramped but ok for a week.

Review 2：Clean self catering Studio apartment for good price. Plenty of sunloungers. Pool clean. Very close to supermarket, beach, local buses to Ibiza town and airport, ferry to formentara for day trip. Nice relaxed safe resort of mainly families and couples. Many nationalities staying in hotel, many of which leave hotel during day. Car hire on same street. Unreserved Parking at hotel. Nice view and quiet if on opposite side of building to pool. Cleaning staff very good. If in hotel in morning can leave door tag out to have room cleaned later. We had room cleaned everyday. Many beaches in the area to give variety. Cala Nova very near. Good base for exploring Ibiza. I would say this hotel is in best location of Es Cana resort.

Review 3：The staff were very friendly, reception people very helpful. The all-inclusive package was brilliant and the food choice was excellent each day had a different large range of main options which I couldn't fault. The rooms were very clean and cool with air conditioning which I didn't need every night. The hotel had a modern contemporary feel and the pool was a good size. It was early June and none of the facilities were crowded at all. Barely a 3 minute walk to the beach and the hotel was handy for buses and other facilities.

Review 4：Would have preferred free wifi. Also the shower had no pressure. Worked fine but we were on the 4th floor and there really wasn't much water pressure at any time of day.

Review 5：Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. It's quite far away from the main 'party' places (around 40euros in a taxi) but we didn't want to go clubbing so this was the perfect location for us. Great local restaurants and bar less than 5 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend for a family / chilled out vibe.

Review 6：Poor quality furnishings.no comfort. Patio furniture cheap metal table and 2 metal chairs. Bed basic . Furniture cheap quality. No comfortable lounge bar to enjoy a drink prior to going out. Poor quality flimsy plastic glasses /polystyrene cups by pool

Review 15：Great location nice accommodating staff especially entertainment staff who worked hard to make holiday fun, although I felt last years entertainment team were better. Food good for buffet style with plenty if choice. AI bar finished at 11 which was poor as the entertainment went on beyond then and the queue for drinks at 10.45 got silly. All in all thought, good value for money and would recommend especially for families with children.

Review 21：On checking in we were given room 503 right above the air conditioninggenerator, the noise was most annoying so we complained to receptionthe didnt suggest to move us until I told them I wanted another room .this was a bit upsetting as I had booked this for our weddinganniversary for my husband so spent most of the time moving rooms. Onthe day of check out we requested an earlier morning call for ourflight but they forgot to call us!!!! And then when departing asked forus to pay again even though we had paid ?? on thursday the day ofarrival.Spoilt our short break.

Review 23：I wrote an email asking if our arrival late at night would be a problem, and didn't receive an answer. So, I tried calling the reception on the evening of our arrival, but there was no answer. We were worried nobody would be at reception, but in the end it was OK. The same happened when we checked out. I informed the reception that we would be leaving at 3:00 in the morning, and they said it was no problem, that they had 24 hour reception. However, when we were leaving, nobody was at reception, so we just left.

Review 24：Nice facilities--nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness room. Large comfortable room with large bathroom. Air-conditioning and daily cleaning were good, too.

Review 25：We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was good value for money,food was great and in a good location,would definatly recommend this if you are looking for a reasonably priced allinclusive,the entertainment staff were great too!

Review 29：You need to pay additional money to use the Sauna and on it's not statedanywhere. Got only 1 key for the bedroom room but it was ok as we were acouple, so we were always coming in and out at the together. We wereasked 10 euros deposit when we asked about the remote control for the tvbut it's not an issue as they give you the money back on return. Wenever got to know how to work the ac (even we asked for help) so we leftthe windows open while we were sleeping but it was a bit noisyfortunately it wasn't full summer and there was no loud partiesanywhere..

Review 30：Very friendly staff. We got fresh towels everyday and the room was leftspotless by the cleaners. We had a view on the sea, it was marvellous.We would definitely go back as it's a good value for money and verypleasant place to be. The hotel is very well maintained as well so ifyou are like me looking for a clean, quiet and friendly accomodation,then it's the best place specially if it's not the peak season.
