Review 1：The warm and extremely competent and accommodating staff, the exquisitely hand carved boiserie in the dining room, its location on the perimeter of the old city and the beautiful view from my window of the mountains in the distance!
Review 2：The room got very hot in the early hours, bed uncomfortable as mattress was hard. You could hear traffic and people outside when the window was shut so windows need modern double glazing.
Review 3：easy access to roads which lead to the surrounding countryside. Near to shops and restaurants.
Review 4：They do not speak English or Spanish, so it was hard to communicate with them. The parking place was full, so we had to park it in the middle. In the morning they phoned us to our room to move our car because another car could not go out. We had to pay as we had stayed in a normal parking place, what I find unfair.

Review 11：Don't go to Aurillac on a Sunday evening unless you have eaten first. Only place open to eat was pizza takeaway and then it was a 45 minute wait.
