Review 1：Very friendly owner who made us feel very welcome, even brought us a bottle of Cava on Christmas Eve! Great shared roof terrace and amazing morning views over the beach and sea. We had a very pleasent stay.

Review 3：Very nice apartment, well located and clean. The owner is very helpful though he doesn't speak English, but it's not a problem. We spent there 7 nights. During our stay, the apartment was cleaned and towels and bedclothes were changed. Nearby is paid public parking (underground), parking without fees is permited on the next street behind the beach..
Review 4：Plastic mattress protector immediately below the bottom sheet and the bed linen could be upgraded.
Review 5：Yes, there is a building site next door but unless you spend a lot of your day in your room/apartment do not let this put you off. The location and seaview over the village are great, the living/dining room reasonably comfortable and the kitchenette well-equipped. The bedroom window is to a central light well so nights are quiet. There was a pleasant wine bar a couple of doors away to wait the 20 minutes the pleasant and helpful owner took to arrive after we rang.

Review 8：As you walk up to the entrance of the apartments, the building next door has been demolished - so the approach is not attractive - but once inside, the view from my apartment (1B) and, I think, from the others looked away from the building site - so it was absolutely fine.

Review 23：Difficult to find, as the details from booking.com are out of date. The approach to the apartments is a bit dodgy due to the house next been demolished! Don't let that put you off though!
Review 24：We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered this aparment, because from the outside we were worried Very well equipped and comfortable apartment, that had recently been very tastefully refurbished. great views from the terrace. Perfect location for the port, beach shops and eating areas
Review 25：Dark inside, to small Windows with no view. Old style furnitures. No wifi. Worst thing was the hughe digger outside the door making noise from 9 to 16! They were tearing down the neighbouring building. All this added up so we moved out after only one night.

Review 33：We did not have a sea view but the view of the mountain probably made up for it. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom for a day which went when we blocked the overflows in the sink etc. The hill and stairs up to the apartment are steep but it is only a short distance from the level of the street. Anyone who is reasonably fit and mobile would manage.
Review 34：Apartment was near everything, beach, marina, restaurants, shops, bars. Nice sun terrace with magnificent views. Beds were comfortable and plenty storage with spacious cupboard and drawers. Kitchen was functional with almost everything you need. Towels and bedding changed after a few days but we were there for 10 days. Caretaker/owner ? and wife very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was excellent. There were not masses of noisy clubs in the evening. But the few live music bars are not far from the apartment and can be heard in the evening. Closing the windows helps substantially but the heat overnight can build up in the bedroom. Its a trade off.
Review 35：we have had to wait for the owner one hour. out of the house there were three cockroaches. In the house we have found 5 (two in the kitchen above the stove, one next to the refrigerator, one in bedroom and one in bath) of them. the house is dwarfish and instead of the "garden" there was a terrible burial cell. it seemed a jail. we have remained a night because it was too late and we have a little baby...but how disgusting!

Review 40：The apartment was hard to find. There is no sign, and nobody in the area, which we came across, had heard of Las Brisas. To get access you must call the owner, and since our telephone did not function in downtown Mogan we certainly had a problem. Fortunately, a neighbor could help us (he went over to the owner who lives a few blocks away). As regards the furnishing and equipment the standard is basic; you are taken back, one could say to the early 1970s. This also holds for the mode of payment. The owner does not accept credit cards – he only takes cash.
Review 41：Excellent location. Close to the beach and to the city center (with the restaurants and the harbor). The apartment was clean and on the whole functioning. Nice roof top terrace with fine view.
Review 42：No view but neightbouring buildings from our apt in the first floor, but didn't matter as we had the roof terrace. No cleaning and change of towels through our stay.
Review 43：Short walking distance to the beach, harbour and the pitoresque "Little Venice". Many good restaurants near by. The apartment has good beds, and a spacious closet in the bedroom. Kitchen equiped with practically what you need, though not luxurious.. Fantastic view from the spacious roof terrace, where we had our breakfast every day. Will definetely come back the next time we're in Puerto Mogan.
