Review 5:Very friendly , polite and helpful staff . We arrived too late to have our evening meal ( half board. Was included in the price ) as our flight was late . We were immediately offered a lunch the next day instead . The hotel were not obliged to do this as it was not their fault we arrived late .A very nice gesture !
Review 6:- The Restaurant was very noisy - The Wifi was very expensive and very slow
Review 7:The location is perfect and the pool is very nice. I guess it is the perfect Hotel for families.
Review 8:Not much to dislike. Beds could have been more comfortable though.
Review 9:Nice and quiet. Pool great and plenty of sun beds. Location great and plenty of nice restaurants nearby and bars.
Review 10:No fridge in the room, had to pay extra for kettle, safe, wifi.
Review 11:Came for a little break on my own. Loved it. Perfect location overlooking one of the best beaches I've been to. Lovely pool, complimentary breakfast & lunch was perfect with lots of choice plus free drinks. Staff very friendly & helpful. Nice quiet family friendly area.
Review 12:Nothing to dislike at all! Free WI Fi would be the only improvement.
Review 13:This was our second time at the hotel. It's clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent with a great choice at every meal. The pool is lovely and the situation of the hotel is perfect for sea views. We went with our son and daughter in law and they loved it too! It was busy but not crowded and the pool area was always peaceful and relaxing.
Review 14:Included dinner was so so. Fine for one night but wouldn´t eat there if I were staying more than one night.
Review 15:Great views, great pool, friendly staff, clean hotel
Review 16:I asked for double bed and we were given two singles... we are a young couple and of course we would have loved to spend 1 full week not worrying about the bed
Review 17:The location, the balcony, the pool, the buffet
Review 18:Lack of dedicated parking facilities - on street parking only. No kettle in rooms for having an occasional cuppa. Despite and extensive buffet for all meals, the hot dishes were barely warm. My wife was physically sick after eating only some of her meal.
Review 19:Only had a one night stay at the hotel. Despite the room being quite small, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. An ideal location near the resort centre and many rooms had great views over the beach.
Review 20:The beds were really hard and not that comfortable at all. Our shower and toilet weren't working probably which was frustrating - kept going cold and warm. The wifi was terrible - don't waste your time (the lady gave me my 5euro back). Bus links are terrible from the hotel too - if you have a license please take my advice and hire a car... You have to go East to head West and they don't stop at most places (beaches). In saying all this, I would stay here again.
Review 21:I really liked the staff. They had one lady who really helped us daily and nothing was ever too much trouble (even though she was working from 7am-9pm), overall the whole hotel was very friendly. I was worried about the food after reading some reviews, but my partner and I thought it was great (not gourmet, but great value for money and SO much choice), your wine and beer included and lovely fresh fish and salads. The location was great too - the beach is very underrated as we thought it was one of the best on the island (small but great) - the only thing is the stairs, but they didn't bother us too much at all. There was loads of restaurants around the area (make sure you go to Sa Paissa - amazing food and live band) and close to the airport. Pool area is great too!!
Review 22:There are 180 steep steps down to the beach, but there is a bench halfway. There is a longer way by road, so the steps do allow for quick access.
Review 23:The hotel & pools are very clean and the staff are exceptional. They're all so friendly from the cleaners, to the restaurant, reception, and the manager. The location is great, with shops and cafes nearby and a wonderful beach a 10 minute walk away. The facilities are excellent for a 3-star hotel and you can change your half-board to lunch for the whole of your stay. We loved this hotel.
Review 24:The decor was a bit bland and the carpets had seen better days. The restaurant felt a bit like a canteen.
Review 25:The hotel is in an excellent location, with great views . 20 minutes from the airport (19 euros in a taxi, so don't waste money with transfer companies). Right next to the bus stop to the capital Mahon (1.70 euros!) 5-10 minutes to the beautiful beach. Large choice of quality food at the buffet. Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Quite, no problem with outside noise.
Review 26:No free wi-fi. Very sparse bedrooms.
Review 27:Good buffet and great view!
Review 28:Food is terrible
Review 29:Location
Review 30:Beds were just a little to hard.
Review 31:Excellent location Lovely food Friendly staff Very relaxing
Review 32:Food were just OK.
Review 33:Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staffs. A short walk to the beach. Close to the airport.
Review 34:good food and friendly and helpful staff
Review 35:Great hotel. Fantastic beach and location for partying at the caves. Looking forward to a return visit.
Review 36:nothing.
Review 37:The whole hotel was very good. Clean and friendly. All the staff where very helpful and polite.
Review 38:The swimming pool is only accessible until 19:00. No free WIFI.
Review 39:Excellent location. Extremely close to one of the best beaches of menorca. Very close to the airport and the capital (mahon). The food (buffet) was also very good.
Review 40:There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like apart from people smoking in the terrace outside the bar. It was a covered terrace so the smoke did linger in the area. The beach was wonderful but the 180 or so steps down to it made it quite a challenge - there is a resting place in the shade half way up so it was manageable.
Review 41:The hotel was really lovely and looked just like it does in the photos. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea which was lovely. The room was bright and clean. The pool was really clean and a good size for swimming. The food was excellent with a great variety of choice. We had a wonderful week and could have stayed much longer! We will be back next year. It was a perfect holiday.
Review 42:The beds were so hard and only one pillow - not ideal for elderly people to sleep on. We did get used to it eventually though
Review 43:The location was perfect and hotel staff very helpful and pleasant, especially Rosa. Food was very good and our view from the balcony excellent
Review 44:A few things: The food was not great. It was ok but not very good and not high quality. Nothing to do in the city Cala en porter. Also I expect to get the following free of charge as in other hotels but this hotel charges money 1. Pool towels 2. WIFI 3. Access to fresh drinking water in all times not only to all inclusive. 4. late checkout if the room is free
Review 45:The hotel is well managed. Very clean and spotless in all areas. The pool is great, perfectly designed for adults and babies. Great view of an incredible beach. The beach is 10 minutes walk if you have a stroller otherwise you can take the stairs. The staff are nice and helpful.
Review 46:The first out of all advantages of this hotel is its staff which was super nice and helpful. In general the hotel is lovely and provides with an opportunity to have relaxing holidays being perfectly located on the top of a hill with a great sea view. The quality of food in the restaurant is excellent. The room has everything you need: simple & clean. The bus stop can be found right in front of the hotel, and within 20 min you can reach the capital of Menorca. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and other travellers.
Review 47:The food is not good - the breakfast is acceptable in that it is simple (yogurt, fruit etc) but dinner is of a very low quality. We ate out most nights even though we had half board. However, it is still good value for the hotel and location in my opinion.
Review 48:The location is great, the pool is lovely and very clean, the staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful, it's good value for money, and it's quite easy to travel to other parts of the island from Cala en Porter by bus.
Review 49:The noise of the climatization battery on a roof next to the pool and hotel, the heat under the ceiling of the bungalow.
Review 50:The great variety of food.
Review 51:Noisy dining room
Review 52:Price quality ratio Views to sea
Review 53:Very friendly staff, comfortable hotel .
Review 54:Bar was expensive but a lot of customers were all inclusive.
Review 55:Pool area and restaurant were very nice. Room was bright and clean.
Review 56:Air con not working Permanent sewage smell from bathroom
Review 57:Resort
Review 58:Friendly and helpful staff. Good location.
