Review 1：The only negative was an issue with parking, we had taken up the reserved parking offered by the owners and came back one evening and found that our spot had been taken. This was quickly sorted and we were able to use the court yard at the rear of the property..
Review 2：Have stayed here several times and it makes an ideal base. Facilities are excellent and your are literally a short walk from the town centre.
Review 3：The beds were two small for two persons, and the stairs are a bit scary, but other than that, no complaints :)
Review 4：Location is great, especially when visiting the Siegfriedfestival. Comfortable beds, although a bit small for two, wonderful kitchen, small but comfy living space, great bathroom, good communication.

Review 8：They offered wifi, but we we're only able to use the wifi in the hallway. In our appartment we had no reception. The shower takes 10 minutes to get warm, so when you are done taking a cold shower the water starts beginning to be warm. (based on taking a shower twice)
Review 9：The appartment is decorated really nice and modern. Everything you need is available. No complaints at all except for the wifi and shower.
Review 10：The only fault was a number of light bulbs not working, but this was because previous guests had not reported them as requested in the hotel information.
Review 11：The facilities are first-class and everything is provided that you could possibly need. The decoration and furniture are very attractive and stylish. The beds and living room suite are very comfortable. The hotel is very near to the market square and cathedral as well as a variety of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing 2-night stay and would like to come back in warmer weather to explore the countryside around Xanten.
