Review 1：Wifi was really weak in bedroom. Had to go downstairs reception to do internet based things I.e. emails, banking Didn't get bed booked, got 2 singles Was supposed to get bottle of Cava free as booked. Did not receive

Review 2：The first room had a filthy balcony and ants everywhere. ALL of the electrical socket were hanging from the wall - so dangerous, especially if a child had been there. Upgraded room was better but electricals did not work on the first night either. Very, very disappointed. Staff were marose and disinterested.

Review 3：One of the plug sockets was loose on the wall which was a bit unnerving with a crawling baby in the room!!

Review 4：Proximity to motorway. Great swimming pool. Nice room and very comfy bed. We had our 3 year old and 9 month old with us and both the beds supplied for them were excellent.

Review 5：Probably the time of the year but I spent 10 minutes or so killing the many moskitos in the room and there was evidence I wasn't the first to do this. But once done a comfy and peaceful night was had.

Review 7：We had no hot water in our room and had to wait for maintenance to sort it. As we didn't try the water until we needed a shower before dinner this was inconvenient. To compensate for the wait and inconvenience they gave us a free Al la carte dinner including wine coffee and brandy which was welcomed.

Review 8：The location as we were travelling south and it was easy to find and conveniently located. The indoor pool after a long drive was most welcome. We had a junior suite and it was excellent in size and layout.

Review 9：The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in & the room was hot & stuffy even though we had the air conditioning on at the lowest tempature possible.

Review 17：The hotel was a mid way, one night stop through Spain ,very clean and welcoming, very large rooms and comfortable . very good evening meal in the hotel.

Review 18：We had had a long drive. Fortunately, they had room service so we didn't have to wait for the dining room to open after 8:00 PM. We had a lovely dinner on our terrace with our own wine.

Review 49：Firstly the greeting was very friendly and welcoming the parking wasmore than adequate for my van and trailer, the rooms were well presentedand clean, the beds were comfortable in fact all facilities excellent. Iused the Alcazar as a stop off between Santander and Malaga ordinarily Iwill stop closer to the motorways in these falling apart hotels, but imso glad that I took the extra 15 minuets off route to stay at theAlcazar. I will be staying there again. Oh one last thing the eveningmeal was very nice at a fair price.

Review 50：Alcazar de San Juan is not particularly nice, it has a few interesting buildings, but nothing spectacular.

Review 51：Very nice hotel, situated close to sites on the "Ruta de Don Quijote" with very spacious rooms, nicely furnished and decorated, delicious breakfast, nice indoor pool, close to some Lagunas for bird watching. Kids had breakfast for free, we had a supplementary bed in one room and stilll losts of space. Internet in the lobby is free, staff is very helpful.
