Condo Hotel Xon's Platja HA sells fast on our site. Xon's Platja HA is 500 feet from Empuriabrava Beach, in the center of the resort, and 650 feet from the town's famous canals. It features seasonal outdoor pools for adults and children, free Wi-Fi and spacious apartments with a private furnished terrace.

Review 1：A very cold studio apartment which had a horrible heating machine with hot air ("bomba de calor"), which was only available in the salon and which made it impossible to breathe, dried our eyes and skin and did not heat the whole space - it was still cold in the bedrooms. Old blankets, uncomfortable beds, balcony doors did not close, no duvets. The hot water in the shower would turn completely cold every few minutes so you has to apart from the shower and then be careful not to get burnt when the hot water would get back. The hotel restaurant and hotel in general probably constructed in 70' and never refurbished needs a thorough renewal

Review 2：That we could check-in until late and Victoria at reception was nice

Review 3：We had a big apartment with several rooms. In some of them, there was no light at all, in others, there was a lamp but no switch to turn to light on. In fact, when entering for the first time we had to go in using our mobile phones as flash lights. In the morning there was no running water on 7th floor.

Review 5：We were on the 7th floor and with the windows shut you could still hear a local nightclub bar music well into the night

Review 7：The bathroom was dirty. In the morning there was no water, apparently it couldn't get to the 9th floor when other people are taking showers on the floors below. There was very loud music and people singing from a bar near by all night long. No wifi in the room.

Review 9：Too cold. Conditioner seems to be working only on cooling mode. 2 out of 4 lifts will not go all the way down to reception. It stops at the level above and then you have to press it reception level once again.

Review 11：One of the reasons to select the hotel was the possibility to have a wifi. The connection was way too slow to do any reasonable actions in net. you need to increase the data amount on your wifi.

Review 12：AC only in the living room, not in the bedroom. At night the music from the pool / bar area was loud and it wouldn't stop till past 1am or so. You could hear it clearly inside the room.

Review 14：Адзін толькі мінус… І тут атэль не вінаваты. Штодня паблізу дыскатэка ноччу, якую было добра чуваць нават на дзевятым паверсе. Only one minus ... And it was not hotel’s fault. It is disco each night in the nearby bar. It was heard even on the 8th floor.

Ля гатэлю ёсць публічная паркоўка (да 15 верасня – платная: 10-14, 16-20; стаяць можна не больш за 3 гадзіны). Ёсць кандыцыянер. У ванным пакоі не было нават мыла. Тэлевізар у нумары быў з каналамі на гішпанскай, ангельскай, нямецкай, французскай. Сняданак быў добрым; было свежае печыва, мясныя вырабы, сок з канцэнтратаў. Вячэра таксама адпавядае кошту (шведскі стол). Персанал ветлівы і дапамагае, праблем з камунікацыяй з імі не было (разумеюць ангельскую). Lovely big tourist hotel in 300 meters from the beach. We booked quadruple apartment with two rooms, and got six-bed apartment with separate kitchen at the same price. The apartments are clean with great views of the sea. WiFi is free (separately for each piece of equipment). The hotel has a public parking (up to September 15 paid: 10-14 h, 16-20 h, not allowed more than 3 hours). There is air conditioning. The bathroom had no even soap. TV in the room has channels in Spanish, English, German and French. The breakfast was good; had fresh cookies, meat products, juice from concentrate. Dinner is also great (buffet). The staff is polite and helpful, there were no problems with communication (understand English).

Review 16：Some of the breakfasts were a little strange, ie chips and hot dog sausages, but overall the food was excellent. Rooms are in need of a little refurbishment.

Review 18：Very run down and shabby. Old furniture, light fittings and shower fittings all hanging off, any repairs were bodged to save money. whole place in need of a coat of paint. Tiny bathroom with bath suitable for a dwarf only! Most annoying that the wifi hardly worked the whole week wherever we were in the hotel. give this place and Empuriabrava a miss!

Review 45：The kitchen was badly equipped. Maintenance in the bathroom poor, leaking hand basin. Postage size toweling suitable only for children. Very noisy with slamming doors. No noise installation to rooms. Found music and loud talking very disturbing.

Review 48：The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. We requested a sea view apartment and we were very happy to be given just that. The view of the sea and Roses in the distance with the hills behind, was a pleasure to sit out on the balcony having a pre dinner drink. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, all in all a great place to spend a few days with friends.

Review 49：комары! Завтраки - как говорят космонавты про космическую еду... питательно :) сам по себе город - рай для пенсионера, заняться там, по сути, нечем (помимо пляжного отдыха), в соседнем Росасе и людей и объектов (магазины, бары, развлечения) на порядок больше.

Review 50：Неплохой отель, персонал плохо владеет английским, больше по французски. Каких то неудобств не заметил, если нужно поваляться на пляжике (особенно семейным) в тихой и спокойной обстановке, то это место в самый раз, транспорта в городе не много, место (бесплатное) для парковки найти не сложно, особенно если вам не сложно 7 минут прогуляться :)

Review 53：1 member of staff took her time to finish whatever paperwork orcomputer work she was doing before acknowledging you were standingwaiting. The apartment was quite dated, it was very clean but could befabulous if cupboard doors were re hung and painted or better stillreplaced. There was quite a lot of door banging although it wasimpossible to close our door quietly due to the locking mechanism notbeing smooth when closing the door.

Review 54：Very well placed near to all amenities. Supermarket below apartment. Itwas clean and tidy. We asked to change rooms as we wanted the sunshineon the balcony and they were very pleasant and changed our apartmentimmediately to the swimming pool side. All but one member of staff wefound were pleasant

Review 57：Emburia Brava is a wonderful location, with great beaches, restaurants, tennis club, mini golf, and many other places of interest. The apartment/hotel room while not luxurious, was a great background to stay in. the kitchen facilities mean you can have the convenience of breakfast and hot drinks etc. This was my second stay here, and I will use it again and would recommend it.

Review 58：The weather was very cold and although there was an AC/heater, it was in the living room of the suite, not the bedroom so it was difficult to get warm enough in the bedroom. The second night I asked for a heater and was given one but the weather had warmed up a little too.
