Review 1：We were given first a noisy room next to construction site with no balcony.(which was in the confirmation). The two receptionists said that there was no possibility to change. I had to insist at least for 20 min at the reception to get what we paid for. They served everybody else and then finlally they found the apartment we had in the end. This could have been taken care more efficiently and in 5 minutes! The balcony? Well, there was a balcony about a 1 m2 with no furniture.

Review 3：Didn't like the booming music with the hour aqua aerobics in pool. Also, the party boat turned up, offshore, ruining the peacefulness of the resort. It would all have been perfect , but not everyone wants noise on their break!

Review 7：Full disclosure: I found Puerto Mogan to be the most tacky, touristy place that I've ever visited. The review is influenced by that as the hotel, unfortunately, is in middle of Puerto Mogan. The apartments, even the refurbished ones, are of low quality and are not aesthetically pleasing. The whole resort town of Puerto Mogan, the hotel including, is just tired and tacky. It's the very definition of mass tourism. Do not go (unless you enjoy restaurants with the menu displayed on pictures and other typical features of mass tourism)

Review 9：Stayed in apartments which were comfortable and near the centre. Tried the buffet dinner twice and at 15 euros per person found to be excellent value. Staff friendly and helpful.

Review 12：The green surface around the pool was not clean: food detritus and cigarette buds under bare foot = not great. The mattresses in the apartments are not comfortable at all, we always come home (it's our 5th time there now) with a very sore back and that includes the children.

Review 26：Usual lack of choice at swimming pool. Unless you book your sun lounger at 7am you have to take what's left. Wish there was a separate area for people to smoke. Outside dining was lovely until you got a family of four beside you who all smoked.

Review 32：The staff could greatly improve.1) At check-in we were NOT informed there was buffet dinner for apartments guests (which I recommend, is cheap and good quality), we happen to know by chance 3 days before leaving. 2) During our stay 3 out of 4 apartments in our building suddenly went on major remodelling… and BIG noises began. When complained at the reception, they didn't even care to say sorry. We were moved to another flat (nobody helped us), which was a bit worse than the other, a sort of downgrade. 3) Wanted to pre-buy a spa treatment for my wife (as surprise)… so complicate I gave up. 4) The same for me to go diving. I will go back to Mogán, not sure about THe Apartments.
Review 33：The apartments are in great position. Puerto de Mogán is a great placeto rest some days, and excellent if you are with children. The beach isvery good and there are a lots of things to do. Good buffet dinner.
Review 34：Two single beds pushed together, Staff in restaurant not very attentive, would be a bit hectic when busy. Car parking wasn't free as described (unless you wanted to hang about for 30 mins waiting for a space).

The front door is too accessible there should be another door at bottom of stairs. A toaster would have been useful. The cleaner and maintenance guys were very helpful.

Review 49：From time to time there were some yachts in maintenance in the port area, but not so serious for us. May be for someone it can be critical, in this case ask a number closer to the hotel or in the center, not within the port area view.
Review 50：The resort is very cosy, but lots of shops, supermarkets in 5-10 min to walk, there are no huge hotels around, ocean and beach is really close, due to harbor is secured with breakwater there are no big waves. The place is very quiet. The mountains are nearby to get a car and enjoy. Very good buffet is in the main building of the THe hotel.

Review 70：My apartment had balcony onto the street, inconvenient. Poor ventilation in the cooking area triggered fire alarm when cooking. Parking next to the building, but had to move the car for Friday market time. WiFi worked only occasionally.

Review 72：We went over New Year and we just paid too much. We paid 300 Euros per night to stay here and it was just too much money for what we got. I've looked online and see that you can pay 50E per night at other times including dinner. If I'd have paid 50E then I'd be raving about the apartment. The beds were only adequate and although they only clean the apartment 5 days each week, one of those they forgot.
Review 73：As everyone says, the location of the apartments is right by the harbour. There are a many restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and some of those are fantastic. The harbour location is what it's all about, we walked around and there are plenty of other places in both this and other nearby resorts that we're glad we didn't book. The parent hotel is pleasant and the apartment is basic, clean and has everything you need. If you pay the right price then this place is great.
Review 74：Some apartments quite far from the hotel and no real view - so check first when booking. It is worth eating out one evening to enjoy the port experience - Olivia's in the port square is lovely. Avoid the port on market day - why not visit Las Palmas for some culture - you can even work out a bus route to avoid that crumbling (yes) cliff road - taxi is a bit expensive for that trip but cheap enough to go everywhere else. No toaster in apartment!
Review 75：Apartments mostly in very good locations but suggest ask for sunny, view nearer hotel etc. if you have a preference - or even an upgrade to stay in the hotel complex if available. don't forget you can use the roof of the hotel or roof of apartments to sunbathe if pool is too busy. Self service buffet meals so don't leave it too late to go for dinner. Chefs are very willing to make your meal as you like it.

Review 84：THe apartments in Puerto de Mogán are small-scale pleasant places to be, two storey-buildings located near the marina harbour. The streets are dominated by abundant flowers. A relief in comparison to many of the vast holiday resorts all over Gran Canaria

There were cockroaches and ants in the apt. No washing up liquid for doing any dishes. Very basic shower head and old taps and fittings in bathroom

Review 92：Have stayed in the hotel before but apartment gives more space and can still use all the hotel's facilities. We hire a car and travel into the mountains, and around the coast. Puerto Mogan has many good restaurants and plenty of fresh fish. We ate out for most meals. It is a more sophisticated resort than many others and very pretty with lots of flowers flowing from the many balconies. We like looking at the sailing boats and taking boat trips. The boat Mon Dragon was a very worthwhile trip and the owners were very organised and informative. Saw lots of fish while snorkelling from the boat. Highly recommended
