Review 1：The bed was quite hard and the WiFi didn't really work properly.

Review 3：Staff are very friendly and helpful. I forget a bag of clothes at the site and left after check out. Emailed to hotel, hotel staff Stephanie, not only responded promptly but also packaged it and mailed it to my later French stop a Paris hotel. I am impressed.

Review 4：Stephanie the owner was very helpful as she spoke English and seemed to know everyone that was staying at the hotel. Every day the beds were stripped before being made. For an additional cost you could have the breakfast buffett which had a good selection. The hotel seemed safe as you have to enter a code after 9pm. Overall a very good experience

Review 7：After a massive lightning storm happened the night before our "planned reservation" the computer actually switched the date to the day after it was needed due to our new reservation being made after midnight. Yes the fault was ours for not having checked the date (as I have never seen a website change the date after a page has been originally opened) but when realizing the mistake this hotel could not offer us any options. No change of date and no refund. Displeased with their lack of trying to help us out whereas other hotels and even hostels have helped us or friends in similar situations.

Review 15：We stayed at 23 hotels over 6 weeks in France and this was one of the cheapest, so we were unsure of what we might find - what a treat! Spotlessly clean and very comforable with plenty of carparking. Adequate English spoken at reception. Large common lounge area downstairs with family friendly play area. Food and drink machines for snacks with microwave for heating and seating area for eating. Breakfast very good. Very quiet location. Easy to find. Basic but modern and perfectly adequate.
