Reviews for Le Renaissance

Review 1:The devil is in the details: the soap was poor quality and they are aware that the connectivity is very low - they are working on it (don't care that time, I was on leave with more interesting things to do!). Ah, one thing: I was on the third floor with many stairs here and there, in the hall or my room...

Review 2:Large bed (bigger than expected), good and cheap breakfast, excellent restaurant, warm and nice welcome, very well equipped bathroom (what a shower!). What else?

Review 3:Only told night before travel that the restaurant could not cater for vegetarians (too late to find another hotel). Staff friendly but spent too much time smoking by the door. Breakfast / bar area unwelcoming. Unable to supply extra pillows as cleaning staff not available.

Review 4:Location, pet friendly, clean, comfortable bed, affordable.

Review 5:It is difficult to argue against such great value for money, but as a negative I would say that the hotel needs up dating.

Review 6:the location was first class. You could walk out of the hotel and be in the centre of town.

Review 7:The friendly and very helpful staff, the ideal town-centre location in the beautifully-kept town square with its gardens, the fact the railway station is just a short-ish walk away (I was on a train-based touring/walking holiday) and the character of Aurillac itself

Review 8:Room was rather dark, and one light bulb wasn't working (though replaced with smile).

Review 9:Good value for money The restaurant was good and not expensive Breakfast was good

Review 10:Hotel a bit tited in need of a bit of tlc. Only garage parking for 3 cars so although I pre-booked secure parking for a motorcycle it had to be squeezed in at the back of the garage meaning I couldn't leave until the cars had left.

Review 11:Excellent location

Review 12:poor wifi connection some lights didn't work in the room

Review 13:ideal location in the town center friendly staff good breakfast

Review 14:No hotel parking for guests . A vomit patch on the carpet of the first room we were offered had a negative effect .

Review 23:the location and view were amazing--the staff were very pleasant and "petit dejeuner" was excellent

Review 24:Low wifi signal ,small tv ,extra cost parking

Review 25:comfortable bed ,quiet room

Review 26:Cleaning staff are nice people but they don't respect the "do not disturb" instructions and are not discreet between 9 and 10 am (bad luck if you wanted to rest).

Review 27:Well located - right in the city center - spacious rooms if you choose the comfort room (the standard rooms are tiny). Good restaurant.

Review 28:Inconveniently, the cleaner walked off with our flannel after our firstnight, which did not get presented back to us until we left. The waiterhad "attitude" throughtout our stay. The toilet was so closeto the shower it was difficult to get in and out. The parking was thesame - highly difficult to get in and out for paying 7 euros a nightwith additional requests for us to move it.

Review 29:Hotel had a restaurant which we appreciated on our arrival, and a veryhelpful lady ran the hotel side of things.

Review 30:Some cupboard doors didn't work.
