Review 1：Quiet sleeping, good room service (always managed to clean my room during the breakfast), hospitality, friendly personnel, nice and not crowded wellness.

Review 4：Up till now, 4 weeks since imy stay, payment issue is not solved. Communication with reception is very poor. Rotten apple offered in my room and was left for 2 days without notice Serbian piano player was not nice in foyer . He was impolite and approached us in unproffesional manner

Review 36：the staf is friendly but their must improve their english. the hotel as a transport service that put costomers in the ski sloops, but in the morning you must reserve and they just do it every 30 minutes, and only have place to 7/8 persons at time, witch is not enough. At the end of the day is better because they go up and down until they put every one in the hotel. The kitchen closes at 21:30 and they are not available to make exceptions

Review 39：My ski helmet together with my ski glasses were stolen from the ski storage room and the hotel manager declined any responsability, in fact, she not even said 'sorry it happened in this hotel'! Undoubtedly, it's not the situation and attitude you expect in a 4 star hotel! Otherwise, the hotel is quite nice, the food is great,and I would have rated it as 'excellent', but now, I will not go back or reccomend it to any of my friends.
