Review 1：Major building site opposite. Too many lifts of only 2 floor rise. Facilities not easy to reach due to length of the development.

Review 3：Not enough glasses and other crockery. Sun did not shine at the beautiful terrace but a couple of hours during the afternoon.

Review 5：Very confusing layout of appartments. Instructions on arrival not very clear as to how to locate appartment initially. Had problem securing appartment patio doors although was soon remedied by staff. Patio did not receive sunlight until late afternoon and then only small area.

Review 9：The hotel is facing a massive construction site, which is all you can see from your hotel window, and the loud sounds from the site make hanging out at the hotel pools unbearable. The hotel was mostly populated by families with small kids, so breakfast was a very chaotic experience all the kids running around, crying and yelling. Floors of the hotel rooms had not been washed for a while, so your socks got black within a second. The rooms were cold in the evenings, and no a/c provided, so extra blanket was needed for sleeping.

Review 10：Large rooms with kitchen and terrace was nice. Supermarket is right next to the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and mostly decent, and a chef was making omelettes to guests, and sparkling wine was provided. Mogan is a pittoresque and charming little town - probably among the best locations at Gran Canaria.

Review 13：The gentleman who booked us in on day of arrival was short on customer service. He didnt welcome us and made no effort whatsoever to explain where things were or how to get to places. He was sorley and seemed impatient with us when we asked some questions. We didnt like him.

Review 20：Solid accommodation. Good sized apartments. Nice and quiet by the pool. WiFi generally excellent. Only drawbacks were (1) long walks inside as place is so big and (2) poor gym - tiny and unhelpful opening times.

Review 25：We were given a room on the 1st floor. The room was not so clean and there were cockroaches on several occasions! After two nights we moved to a new room on the 2nd floor which was in better condition and without insects.

Review 26：The splash area for little kids is nice. Breakfast is good and diverse with many kinds of warm food and fresh fruits. Location is good - you can easily walk to harbour for a dinner and a supermarket is just opposite the promenade.

Review 27：The cleaning is terrible. The apartment does cleaning only twice a week. We found many ants and even cockroach in the room! You must be careful when using toilet paper because there might be ants on it! No aircon.

Review 45：Arrived at night and then woke up to horrendous noisy building works in the mornings. No air con in the rooms. Room seemed damp and silverfish were crawling around the sinks and floors. We were only there for a few days before moving to a hotel booked for a week and couldn't wait to go, therefore stuck it out as didn't want to move again.

Location is just 5-10 mins slow walk from the picturesque harbour

Review 51：There are extensive building works going on closeby and although this wasn't noisy, it was a real eyesore. Some visitors we spoke with were unhappy about the distance to walk to and from the port/beach, finding it hard going with younger children in the hot afternoon sun. It was about 27 degrees and about a 15 - 20 minute walk with little shade. Fine in the mornings when it tended to be cooler and a bit cloudy.

Review 52：We loved the apartment which was well equipped, large and had a big, sunny balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly and Puero Mogan itself was a lovely village/port with a lot more character than other places we visited on the island. Lots of great fish restaurants in the port area and the market on Friday morning was a big hit too.

Review 53：The only things I could complain about are the shower (head was rubbish and temp up and down) and the monstrous blot on the landscape at the front of the hotel that is a shopping centre but looks more like a disused and abandoned sports stadium. This is not the fault of the hotel obviously and certainly not enough to entirely ruin the rest of the beautiful setting and landscape.

Review 55：The signage was extremely confusing - it was very hard to find the apartment and the pools due to the maze of lifts and incomprehensible signage. The staff could have told us more about the facilities for kids (of which there were many) when they saw we had a young child. We had to find them for ourselves. They could do with more English channels on the TV.

Review 57：Curtains would not close in living room where our 3 year old was sleeping, plastic sheets made you sweat, snack bar next to play area was not open until 13.00 so if you were supervising your children there was nowhere to get a drink or snack only at the pool bar which on overcast days nobody was at the pool. Most of the reception staff were very pleasant however the lady receptionist with long black hair was a bit sharp and a little rude when I told her our curtains were broken and that we had reported it 2 days before. They were not repaired whilst we were there! Cleaners came whilst our children were having their midday nap so we had our room cleaned once. We were told cleaners come between 9.00-4pm. Photographer was over priced. 10 euro for 1 photo.
